We have stayed at this property multiple times. It will never happen again. Our room had a horrible fish stench. They said they were unable to move us as all rooms were booked. After trying to keep the door open and air fresheners, we asked the desk person to come smell the room. He reluctantly came upstairs acknowledging there was a problem; however, wasn’t stated it wasn’t his fault. The hot breakfast items were non-existent by 8:45 am. So disappointed in the property and staff on duty.

Overall good hotel, they were great and help us have early check in when we arrived. Hotel is newer. We didn’t try breakfast, but heard from other family staying there it was good.

I had a room reserved for one day in feb. before checking in I ask about my room i had reserved for three days in march and told the cleark I needed it upgraded to a handicap room . he said no problem its done . Then I checked into my room the clerk ask for my credit card.I told him I had already paid through expeadya . He said I needed to pay there. what he did was charge me for a seckond room in march instead of upgrading it to a handicap room without telling me what he did. . whin i showed up in march i was told i couldn't cansel the second room even if it wasn't my fault and i would be stuck with two rooms. the motel was full with no rooms. two hours later the desk called my room and ask if i still wanted to cancel the second room because they just had a walkin that needed a room for those three days . i canseled the room but i feal that i was coned by there actions just to fill up the motel and don't know wheather i will ever trust the pryor hotell agan

Property and rooms are nicely done and very clean. The bed in our room has given me an out horrible backache, which I’m not prone to that. I sat on the bed and slept in it and after 3 nights… I initially thought it was kidney since I’m traveling and water intake is lower. Well, it’s not kidney, it’s back. I miss table and chairs in the rooms, for more than one person. Our toilet seat slid sideways as we sat on it. No grabbers to safely get in/out of shower for we old farts. Breakfast…. That was a nightmare. Just get there early to get food! Otherwise it’s not refilled and your pickins’ are slim to say the very least. I got a banana and yogurt, all there was left and it wasn’t even 10 am yet.

It was a nice stay. The beds were comfy. Very clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. I had a suite and the only few issues there was was the bath tub floor was so slippery and almost impossible to stand and shower in. One of the plugs at the stand in-between the beds didn't work. Now I don't know if something was loose or what but the one night that it was windy the vent for the stove made a lot of noise. It sounded like sneakers in a dryer all night. Besides that everything else was amazing. I loved my stay there. Will definitely bring staying there again.

The facility was easy to get to. The staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Our room had refrigerator and microwave. Offered a free hot breakfast. With eggs, bacon and sausage. And pastries. Would recommend for anyone traveling. Our trip included myself and two teenage daughters

The room layout we had, with a king bed, also included a kitchenette. The size of the room was great, lots of tabletop & countertop space and areas to set luggage. Also a nightstand on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was well lit and there was a lot of room on either side of the sink, and the mirror was large. Probably the best room layout I can remember being in, and the price was good also👍! Would gladly stay again if we were in the area.

Beds are very comfortable. The tv is nice and clear. Rooms are quiet and were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The tv remote was broken and the staff member didn't know how to program a different remote so we had to use 2 to operate the tv. Not a big deal because she tried help. The outlet switch in the bathroom didnt work so the nair dryer couldnt be used in the bathroom. It worked fine in the main room but it was inconvenient to have to use the blow dryer in the main room with no mirror. But its a great place to stay and we'll certainly stay there again.

Great value!
Only problem: the hair dryer in my daughter's room didn't work. No big deal; I gave her the one in my room. Truly minor. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great value! I'll be back!
