Set in the heart of a beautiful forest, and at the foot of the tallest mountain in Utah with waterfalls all around, here’s a 3 story home in a gated neighborhood that was beautifully completely renovated in 2022 so is almost entirely new.

From the moment you step inside through a charming entrance, you’re sure to feel special and right at home, and be truly amazed by the views of the forest and mountains you get through the home’s many floor to ceiling windows.

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING, DINING AREA, LIBRARY AND KITCHEN
You’re on vacation together, and staying here lets you enjoy time together, with the brand new kitchen, a dining area with a large table, and a living room with comfy seating and a cozy fireplace all sharing the same open and attractive space.

The cook in your group is sure to be thrilled with the new Thermador appliances they’ll find in the amazing new chef’s kitchen. Prepping meals will be pure pleasure in a space that’s bright and modern, with quality countertops and a full range of cookware.

And you can enjoy everything you create in the kitchen at the dining table which seats 10.

Afterwards, the comfortable couches in the living room are sure to draw you in. They create the ideal space in which to relax together and admire the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and stonework on the walls that combine to lend the room a really natural feel that’s in keeping with the nature that surrounds this stunning home.

Be sure to explore the house and you’ll find other spaces in which you can relax. Why not grab a book from the library, or sit down and play the piano, or get a team together to play foosball (table football)?

REMOTE WORKING
If you’re looking for a retreat in a private location for you and your colleagues to enjoy, or there’s someone in your group with work to do, the high speed internet serving the whole house makes staying connected simple. And as for places to work – take your pick from various locations – library, private office, family room, all with some pretty inspirational views to enjoy. The dedicated office has a desk, chair and a desktop Apple Mac computer plus a printer you’re welcome to use.

4 BEDROOMS: 2 Kings and 2 Queens
Take your pick from a quality quartet of beautifully presented bedrooms, each with a bed that features a top of the range mattress and linens. The location of the house means you’ll enjoy quiet nights in this idyllic setting.

The Master Bedroom (king bed) has the 3rd floor of the house all to itself, giving whoever gets this room the chance of real privacy and truly incredible views. Even watching TV in here is a luxurious experience, as the TV rises from a cabinet at the base of the bed when you want to watch it.

Whichever bedroom is yours, waking up is pure pleasure as the first thing you’re likely to see are the amazing views through the large windows in your room.

4.5 BATHROOMS
All the bathrooms are home to brand new suites that ensure every guest can freshen up in style at the start of each day. There are large showers for when you’re in a hurry and tubs for when there’s more time to relax – the bathroom with the claw bathtub and windowed stone shower and floor really is pure luxury!

IN-HOUSE ENTERTAINMENT
There are smart TVs all over the house with access to those streaming services you just can’t live without when you’re at home.

LAUNDRY
You’re likely to be planning plenty of outdoor adventuring during your stay, and that can lead to your clothes getting a little messy. So having a new Samsung washer and dryer in the house will come in handy.

OUTDOORS
With so much to enjoy inside of the house, it’s easy to forget that staying here offers so much outside too. Whatever you get up to during the day, the hot tub is the place in which to relax and unwind in the evening and enjoy the panoramic mountain views. The front deck gives you simply amazing views of Mt. Timpanogos that our photos really can’t do justice. You simply have to stay here to fully appreciate their brilliance.

The back patio has a gas Weber grill and a full-size pizza oven, ideal for delicious meals. And the outdoor stone fireplace can be lit with the push of a button – easy!

We’re full-time residents of Greenwich, CT, and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the outdoor activities on offer in Utah.

We’re renting out our home for the first time since carrying out multiple renovations on the property that started in 2022, and can’t wait to welcome you. This wonderful home is only currently available to rent during the Sundance Film Festival, so don’t miss out!

The original cabin at the site was made entirely from a cedar log kit and built by a father and son in the 1950s. The house has been extended plenty since then, with the cabin they constructed now forming the family room in the newly renovated house.

We hope you enjoy staying here and highly recommend the Sundance Nordic Center - our favorite winter exercise refuge which is not to be missed!

If you’re here for the snow, you’ll enjoy quick and easy access to 6 ski lifts plus a cross country and snowshoe Center which are just a short drive from the house.

SUNDANCE RESORT- OFFERING A FULL RANGE OF ACTIVITIES
There’s a private screening room for the Film Festival and plenty more to enjoy here, including ski lifts, a full service spa and great restaurants serving the tastiest local cuisine.

FLY FISHING
Enjoy world-class year-round fly fishing on the Provo River. Guides are available throughout the Sundance Resort.

During your visit, we can provide an on-call Houseman, plus the option to book cleaning services by our housekeeper up to 3 times during your stay.

You can even hire a chef to cook you amazing meals throughout your time here, and you can also arrange for our home support team to shovel snow away from the house to make getting in and out easier for you. The hot tub is cleaned weekly.

As this is a family friendly home, you’re welcome to bring your small dog with you, so your full family can enjoy time away together.
