The property was clean and nice. The staff helped with calling taxis, My room was upstairs and there was no staff to help me with it. I had to pay for my breakfast. Staff at lobby need to be more welcoming with new clients. Life is too pricy in Providenciales!!! Jeez!

This hotel detailed information is misleading. Staff members were unprofessional, inexperienced, and rude. My room was unsafe - no windows.

Hi Gerald,Good day. We apologize, ad regret your experience. We would love to hear more about your experience, so we can address the issue. Unfortunately, of our 35 rooms, two (2) are like that, and some guests, specifically, request same. From what I noted, that is the room you booked on the online portal that you booked through, and, as we were fully booked on the day of your arrival, we did not have the option to do a room change. However, you were given the option of an upgrade for your second night, but you declined the offer.Again, we do apologize .

Check in was good. Room had a smell but the smell left once we put in the fan. I’m guessing since room doesn’t have window there really is no circulation. Remote for Netflix not working properly but was able to watch live tv. All in all good.

The hotel was clean. Our first night we were given 2 bothers of water and 1 packet of green tea. Second night we asked the reception if we could get more water and green tea as it was none was left in our room and we were told it was for purchase in the restaurant. $4 for a green tea you had to make yourself. Our check in was smooth but the lady in front of us, they couldn’t find the key for her room and another guy came in because the room they gave him was already occupied. A lot of confusion! Asked for a ride to the airport when we checked out and were told we’d have to pay $5 each or wait for an hour. We walked instead. There was nothing and I mean nothing around at all. We took a cab to go where we wanted because nothing was within walking distance. Also, every morning someone started hammering at about 8am right above us. The one good thing is that the property is very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was very good as well.

WE HAVE ALREADY ADDRESSED THE ISSUE WITH THE TEA, WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. THIS IS AN OVERSIGHT ON THEIR PART, AND WE DO APOLOGIZE.2. Air con didn't work. Hot tub is cold. Can clearly hear phone calls from adjacent room. Was cheaper and you get what you pay for. It's a reasonably modern nice facility. There are just a few shortcomings.

Hi Josh,Thanks for your review and for your stay. Had we known of the issue you were having with the A/C, we could have addressed it. The hot tub works open a timer, and you would have had to turn it on, as indicated by the large sign posted on the wall. Hope to see you again.

Check in took way too long and there was no line up. It took 50 minutes because motel couldn’t get their guarantee of funds from our prepaid Expedia booking.

We do understand your frustration, but as you were made aware, the issue was not with our system, it was with the EXPEDIA VIRTUAL CARD. There was nothing that we could have done, until this glitch in THEIR system cleared. Hope to see you again.

Front desk personnel were missing several times during the day. No one around. Room is in poor condition. AC only works if you leave lights on so at nights it was very hot. Shuttle service only exists if they want to.

FROM TIME TO TIME, THE FRONT DESK AGENT MAY NEED TO GET TO GET UP TO ATTEND TO A GUEST'S NEED. 2. Room is in poor condition. One night, quick in and out
Fabulous service, awesome check in person, who also doubled as a restaurant assist, and the bar tender, “she” was wonderful. The cooks made fantastic eats. We stayed for one night at the best western next to the Turks and Caicos airport Jan 2023, so we could wait for our group to collect, then we headed to the all inclusive we had booked. Transpiration can cost 10 dollars per person to go 3 - 5 miles. We had 19 people. The cost was 180 (discounted by 10 USD), then we added a tip. The airport shuttle at this hotel only has 2 free trips from and over to the airport. The hotel shuttle/van can hold 5 people with luggage (we got different answers) or possibly 8 (the van is not the larger one) There is a store close to this hotel, if you need sunblock or other items. Restaurants within walking, near the grocery store or you can eat at the restaurant on site.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the restaurant served good food, the pool area was nice, liked the safe security method with the card getting into the gate areas of the resort and the airport shuttle was on point both arrival and departure. My only issue is trying to get in touch with the property manager in because my flight was rescheduled for the next day because there were no other flights that whole day. I informed the resort and Expedia of this..Expedia said they have made alot of attempts getting in contact with the property manager for whether a refund approval or Not for the one day that was impossible for me to stay. Im still also reaching out again via Whatsapp to the resort of contacting the manager to resolve this. I feel ignored and feel bad that i paid a lot of money for one night I couldn't make due to flight being rescheduled the next day out of my control.

If we were to make changes over the phone, we would have no proof that the guest actually initiated the change. Such changes are made ONLY VIA THE BOOKING SITE (messaging)

Dishonest Management Do Not Stay Here
I prepaid this stay through Hotels.com for my college daughter on her way to study marine bio on South Caicos. When she arrived, they asked for a credit card for incidentals. A few days later, she saw a charge for the entire stay on her credit card. Months later, and countless phone calls and emails to the property, to Hotels.com and to Best Western corporate, we have never been reimbursed. The hotel rarely answers the phone, and have never been helpful. We were told numerous times by the property that a refund had been issued - a lie. Both Hotels.com and Best Western say it’s the property’s responsibility and they can’t do anything. The Lodgings is dishonest and will not communicate with you.

The rooms were a little smoky. There was no hot water and the A/C never cooled the rooms. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and went over and above for us.
