My family and I had an incredible experience. We had a family of 12. There was enough room for everyone. The area was secluded and inviting. Our host was very accommodating. We had some issues with the WiFi and he got customer service early in the morning on the line to resolve everything. Thanks for everything. My family had a blast!!!

Awesome home and property. Big house for my event for a small gathering. Great long driveway for parking. Only thing that was sketchy was the private road leading into the property. It’s not well maintained with some pot holes and is very narrow. Other than that, great stay!

We had a large group of 12 people and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone. The house is a bit old and dated but functional. The kids in our group really loved the pool.The only issue we had was that the kitchen is not well equipped. The listing states that the house can accommodate up to 16 but there were not enough cups, dishes and utensils (only for 5 people) so we ended up getting paper plates and cups. And the cookware are very old and scratched up too. You can't use scratched up nonstick cookware b/c it would leech into the food and is carcinogenic.Despite this I still gave the house 4 starts mainly b/c of the property manager. He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and was very responsive. The house wasn't cleaned well when we arrived and there were a lot of light bulbs that were out so the property manager stopped by, cleaned everything himself and changed all of the bulbs. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at night so he did all of this at night. On top of that, I was asking whether the fridges have water filters. He said that they do not but then he went and bought packs of bottled water, left them behind the main entrance and messaged me on my phone that he got them for us... that was very nice of him to do.

This VRBO is a nice property and a really unique home. The host was kind and communicative. However I cannot give this property a 5 star rating - it’s an older home that is in need of much updating. Everything just felt tired and heavily used. The house “sleeps” a lot of folks but in reality is just three bedrooms, with mattresses scattered through the house on the floors, and a former entertainment room turned in a camp room with multiple bunk beds. When we checked in there was old food in the oven from a prior guest. The grass was unkempt, as were bushes around the outside of the home. I would recommend this VRBO for a value stay but I do not feel the photos accurately describe the property.

Perfect place

Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group. House had more space than I anticipated which was perfect. Loved the privacy of not dealing with any neighbors. The host responded very quickly to inquiries. Will definitely be booking this location again.

Not Pleased with the quality of my stay.

I booked the VRBO for a small graduation party with the initial plan that we would host it outside by the pool. The pool was not up kept, I had to ask to remove all the cleaning equipment that was thrown on the floor. Goggles and toys and floaties from previous stays were still left on the floor. The backyard was not necessarily well taken care of and the grass was not cut. The backyard shown on VRBO was not what I arrived to Friday afternoon. That being a said the house is very beautiful but the owner has genuinely not equipped it to be a full VRBO home. There was 1 fork in the entire house. Mismatched dishes and pots. Just overall not equipped to have the amount of people it says it can host. Second there are lots of little things that I wasn’t happy with (the door fridge is taped and hot glued on) It wasn’t the cleanest and it was a tad messy. The owner was fixing a light 1 hour into our stay and it just didn’t feel like he took the necessary measures to make sure the house was equipped for our stay and ready to be used. Can confidently say I will not be staying at this home again.

Celebration

We were looking for a place closer to home, but not in the CITY where you have neighbors so close by. When we pulled up there was plenty of driveway parking space and it was very quiet! The home was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our graduates and their close friends! The Seniors had their space and we had ours and we were all able to enjoy our 2 night get-a-way! The owner was very responsive and very kind anytime we reached out! He also came to check in the first night we got there. We will definitely be renting again for any future celebrations!!

White Party

This property was really great for entertaining or hosting a party . It is very spacious for sure. I had my annual White party and hosted 13 of my closest friends. Everyone enjoyed it and we really made it pretty for pictures… This is perfect to have your friends and family and host a large gathering, all the while having your own space. The owner was so kind to meet me a few days later as a few of my friends and myself left a few things he was very kind and I highly recommend you look into this property. It has lots of parking spaces as well.

Large house; needs updates

The house is large and was clean. The common areas easily accommodated our large group. Unfortunately, the house desperately needs to be updated in some rooms and there are several repairs that are necessary (e.g. one set of patio doors are broken; bedroom doorknob comes off in your hand; kitchen cabinet door hinge broken; wobbly toilets). There is a pool, but no pool towels. In fact, the towel situation is poor -- house sleeps 15, but only 10 towels (old and mismatched) provided (when we called, management told us where we could find 2 more). Additionally, there is a fold out couch, but no sheets or extra pillows available. Finally, house is sparsely furnished and kitchen is disorganized. But again, the common areas are very large. The bar room with air hockey and fooseball tables is a great place for gathering -- though there are two sets of bunkbeds in the bar (yes -- very strange). The house manager was responsive and cooperative. We requested and were able to get early check in which was a plus. NOTES: no curtains on bedroom windows -- bring a sleeping mask if you need darkness; if you have children in your group, let management know before check in -- there were several hazards in the garage and outdoors (e.g. chemicals).

Surprise Birthday Party

The property is as shown in the photos! Large beautiful home in what seems like a secluded location in the middle of nowhere, but yet it is close to everything. We really ejoyed our stay and celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday there! It was perfect for us! Everyone loved the house and the uniqueness of it. Communication with Chan was amazing, always responding very quickly to anything we needed. You will not be disappointed with this home. We will definitely return in the future! Thank you Chan for everything!

House is amazing. All of 6500sqft. Property even better. Pool, hot tub, a creek, trees, etc. A little piece of paradise in the middle of Prosper. You cant even see the house from the main road. Its nicely tucked away. House has plenty of room for family and friends. Every room is massive. I highly recommend.
