Hoteller nær Promenade at Casa Grande

«The staff is racist, they discriminate against black people and talk down to you. Only nice staff was the breakfast attendant Gina. They lie on you and charge you for things you didn't even use and will argue with you after you try to defend yourself from false allegations. I would never ever stay here again. This was my 3rd stay, management must have changed from last year because its complete garbage now.»

«It was new»

«Liked the upgraded room»

«We had room 141, next to door that went outside. So all we heard was the door closing day and night. Asked for a discount for inconvenience, lady at front desk said she had to talk to her box on Monday.»

«Had to change to a new room at arrival due to intimt bed/ one bed looked like it had been slept in. A bit funky smell in the hallway and in the room. Situated in the middle of nowhere. Really poor wifi.»

«Clean facilities, very pleasant host»

«The property itself was very nice, but the rooms are very very outdated. The room was clean, but just smelled old. The bed was comfortable enough but you can tell the mattress was old. I always check every hotel we stay at for bedbugs, and although I didn’t find any bugs, the mattress was discolored from age. «Excellent location when traveling a very good dinner in front of the Hotel and a Loves Gas Statation open 24/7»

«We stayed five nights and never heard noise from any other rooms. We would say that it was definitely worth what we paid for. The water was always hot which we liked.»

«The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.»

«Staff is very helpful and on time with all of my concerns. Highly recommended.»

«I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. »
