Trained winemakers and oenologists, Aurélie & David open the doors to a charming, authentic, characterful old wine cellar dating from the 19th century, very carefully restored, next to the elegant winemaker's house of the same period that they occupy (also fully restored with taste under a refined contemporary interpretation), perched as a "belvedere" & "panoramic lookout", on the hillside, on a well-exposed "east" slope, in the very heart of the sublime vineyards of the highly regarded "Saint-Véran" cru.
