We take great pride in making our studio comfortable for those that come to the NShore of Kauai for fun and adventure. Reserve parking, pool, spa, comfortable bed, and a place to fix sandwiches/breakfast. Your own private full bathroom and entrance allows for a nice privacy that some might appreciate. Please come back when you’re visiting our North Shore! Always welcomed.

It’s tough getting 5 stars out of Mark but he can’t say we didn’t try(me and Koa-dog, that is!). Loved having he and Lorraine and hope they’ll come back some day!

If you were staying n the fancy of all fancy suites on an ocean liner you wouldn’t have something so nicely equipped as our studio. It’s as advertised and your complaints are recorded. Aloha.

Have no idea where those instructions came from as no one else has had that problem. Anyway, important thing is they didn’t have to wait long to gain entrance. Apologize for the leftovers in fridge. Housekeeping completely overlooked that.

Well it sure doesn’t have an ocean view but we tried to make up for that in amenities, and, from what we hear, it’s very well stocked. Clean, small and adequate for two! Great location, close to beaches/shopping, and, on the coveted North Shore of Kauai. Hope you come back to visit someday! Aloha!

We appreciate your business but it’s so unfortunate that there were some items they could do without. Spraying for bugs is a routine operation in Hawaii and it has proven to be very efficient and safe for years and years. We would never use something harmful to our guests. Having a studio means only 300sf and so having a nice lanai affords one room to expand, fix breakfast, store beach paraphernalia and eat outside. A unique option. We thought it to be quaint and enjoyed.

Frank, best stay home next time! I really do like my tenants but you take the cake! Am really laid back about people staying in my rental. Most people turn off the lights when they leave for the day… I never enter anyone’s unit when they’re not there. Totally no need! The fact that I called him on taking the towels(2) was not intended to be offensive yet it was money out of my pocket for their replacement.

Come back to Kauai, paradise in the middle of the Pacific! Glad we could accommodate at such a reasonable price. Making the Island affordable! Everything included except transportation.

Doesn’t get any better than that!

These people obviously got on the plane stressed and got off the plane stressed. I’ll make this short and sweet. Our studio hasn’t had roaches before these dear folks arrived and we haven’t had any since they left. No one has complained of any roaches. They took pictures of some and they must’ve unpacked these little critters. You can rest assured we don’t tolerate a bug situation and our place will always be bug free. We offer 350 soft of comfort w/a note here and there intended to be helpful. Since then we’ve taken most of them down (2-3) to not seem cluttered. Wi-Fi is touch and go in Kauai and at times it does go down. Patience can be a good thing to have while traveling the islands..as they say, “you’re on island time!”

It’s only a kind thing to do when you leave the condo is to turn off the lights, TV, and A/C. The A/C would cool down the small studio in very little time. Just thought it might be a considerate thing to do….
