Tough to stand out as a host that is a management company but overall Funtierland was great. We had a couple issues with the home that were addressed promptly. Unfortunately not fixed during our stay but it didnt make the stay worse by any means. Would definitely rent the home again.

This house was a perfect home base for our group of 10 (2 families and Gramma). Lots of room to spread out for sleeping, cooking etc. The backyard, pool and hot tub were great!! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Overall the house was absolutely great. A few minor custodial issues that didn't affect our stay and we notified the management co so they could take care of it (like loose faucet handles etc). The management co was very responsive and we had good communication. The house is huge and roomy and fit our extended family so well. It is in a great location within a short drive to the beach and the nearby pickleball courts to rent at the Makai Country Club across the street were a HUGE plus for us. The house also had 6-7 beach chairs and a pop up cabana for our use that we didn't have to rent somewhere, so that was also an added bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home on gorgeous property, good location. Very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and large living, dining room and kitchen. The pool and surrounding landscaping was excellent and very peaceful. Kitchen fairly well stocked and enough supplies to do a lot of cooking. The bathrooms are very nice and almost enough bath and pool towels for eight. Nice washer and drawer. The house was comfortable. Only issues - had to keep one circuit breaker off due to faulty light fixture, back doors missing dowel to keep doors locked or could slide open even when appears locked. Few small issues that didn't affect stay - minor repairs needed and flooring coming up that owners are aware of. Cleaners missed a bedroom and bathroom, but came out next day to take care of that. Communication was great when you called with questions, but online info a little scattered. Cell reception was good with the WIFI.There is a small parking lot next to the house where people park and walk down to rugged rocky beach area below. This wasn't an issue, we barely heard them and they weren't there late. Only two of us walked down there it's quite a trek, but we knew that from the description. The back yard was very private and beautiful. Great birdsong at 6:00 am! We had 6 adults, two children and plenty of space for all. Very close to nice town of Hanalei and lots of beaches. It was a very nice location, very quiet and we had a great vacation!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

House was lovely, great layout for hanging out while cooking, eating, unwinding. The pool was great for the kids to pass the time, and plenty of pool toys available. Location was solid, great sunsets, access to Queens bath, and a short drive from Hanalei.

Beautiful location on Kauai

Excellent indoor/outdoor property.I would have liked to see the back fence extended as some hikers diverted up to property which diminished security and the back slider door did not function securely. I would like more towel bars in all bathrooms. The pool and spa were beautiful and clean. There were nice patio furniture as well. The kitchen was nicely equipped with appliances and dishes: stacking washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker),griddle, crockpot, toaster, ninja blender, drip coffee maker. Property management responded quickly to texts as cell reception is not great on property and sketchy on spots on the north shore of Kauai.

Queens Bath

Perfect for families. Nice neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Front door doesn’t latch and was wide open on our arrival but luckily the neighborhood is very safe. Pool could have been a little cleaner but the convenience of having it at your fingertip is wonderful. Huge house, plenty space for everyone, kitchen cookware and utensils are abundant. Recommend to large groups. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home in a great location

The inside of the home was recently remodeled and is beautiful. They unfortunately have some lifting on the flooring that they have to deal with, but all in all the rooms look exactly like the pictures. Lots of space for a large family or friend grouping. Close to the stores great location great neighborhood. We did have a couple of issues. Once we got situated, we noticed that all bathrooms were cleaned nor were the floors mopped. Management Company indicated House Keeping was a new. Cleaning person came back had many excuses as to why the house was not clean was not very nice and let us know. She drove two hours to come back. This was a very inconvenient for us The floors were not mopped and we had a baby and two toddlers. This is very disappointing. We also found blood splattered from the pool to the door. There were several other issues and I do not blame the management company for these as they are not aware until the tenant who is coming in points these out. The second biggest issue is the Jacuzzi controls were not working we paid to heat it and we could not use it. The management company tried to help us turn it on remotely and after a couple times of trying this, it just was not convenient due to the delays providing they get these things fixed I would definitely recommend renting this home it is absolutely beautiful and with the pool and the location. It’s a great place to rent if you have a large group. Understand the rules before renting.

Beautiful Spot

The house is beautiful and set in a gorgeous location. The amenities including the pool and jacuzzi were great. Unfortunately, one shower did not operate at all. We called to let the property manager know but there was little follow through. The shared space of the house (kitchen, dining, living room) were very echoey. We suggest laying down some carpet or something because it was challenging to tolerate when all guests were inside chatting.

Thanksgiving Stay

The home is Beautiful!! We loved the large tables in the home and outside as well. The beautiful plants added to our experience. Beds were comfortable and each room having its own bathroom was a plus! The spa heats up fast and there was beach chairs and a few toys for grandkids. Beautiful area! It you want a near by town is was 5 mins away. And so many cute places to get coffee acsi bowls and donuts! I will stay here again! Perfection!

Excellent Place!

We loved this place and hope to book it again the next time we come to Kauai. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub couldn't have been better. The hosts were communicative and responsive, and made every effort to ensure we had a great experience. This place was worth every penny.

Wonderful property

The house and all it offered was truly wonderful. This newly updated home was beautiful, extremely clean, and had wonderful kitchen pans, and utensils (which is rare to find!) Communication with management was near perfect. There was one small issue with the hot tub. management had to be notified every time we wanted to turn it on because we controls at the house or not working. But aside from that small hiccup, I still gave the property five stars – it was worth it! I would definitely run here again.

Amazing Property

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Queen's Bath property in Kauai, and it was an incredible experience. The house was spacious and very comfortable, making it an ideal home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-maintained property and its beautiful surroundings. The living areas were generously sized, providing plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The bedrooms were equally spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. We also loved the outdoor space, where we could enjoy the stunning views and the serene atmosphere of Kauai. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the famous Queen's Bath, nearby beaches, and other local attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the island. Overall, our stay at the Queen's Bath property was unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious retreat in Kauai. We can't wait to return!

New owner needs to update residence

My 2 sisters & I stayed at the 3 bedroom Princeville home with our husbands. We have a lot of time both living and vacationing in Hawaii. We were at the Princeville VRBO during an unfortunate time when the house was sold and undergoing closing. This affected our vacation experience and I will share this with the new owner in hopes that they will find it helpful as feedback to improve the home. First, let me tell you that the 3 bedrooms with 3 baths is a nice feature. My 2 sisters & I vacationed with our husbands and this was perfect for us. Bedrooms are air-conditioned which was also nice. The kitchen is large and spacious and had every tool and utinsel we needed for cooking. We ate every meal home-cooked in the dining room that seated 6. The VRBO home is located in Princeville close to walking paths with ocean views. It is safe and conveniently located to reach all other Island attractions such as Lihue, Port Allen, NaPali, Hanalei and Waimea Canyon. Second I will give feedback which I hope the new owner will find helpful. Beach equipment advertised on VRBO was gone. It is inconvenient and expensive to purchase canopies, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc., so this limited our beach fun days. Members of our party puchased some items they donated to locals before we left. The furniture in the TV room is old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The back yard foliage obstructed the ocean view. The hiking path to Queen's Bath is closed, update your VRBO ad.
