All staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.
I’ll be totally honest. Maybe I got a one off room, but I’m not dismissing the possibility that this is just the standard here. The non smoking room I stayed in was in rough condition. It smelled strongly of cigarettes from the moment I walked in, likely from people smoking right outside near the balcony and AC units. There were stains on the walls and shower curtain, crumbs on the floor, baseboards covered in buildup, trim nails sticking up from the transition between the room and kitchen area, and a bathroom vent packed with dust. My biggest complaint, though, was the bed and pillows. I understand this is a motel and not a luxury hotel, but the pillows were extremely thin and offered almost no support, which made getting decent sleep very difficult. Overall, for the price, there are definitely better options nearby.
