There must be at least one adult in the party over the age of 25 to confirm the reservation. All names of guests must be on the reservation.
There is a strict no 'events' or 'parties' of any sorts. This is a very quiet and serene space/neighborhood.
Message us to see about any exception as well as requesting any additional guests over to the home that are not specified on the reservation.
We do not allow anyone over 150 pounds to sleep on any of the top bunks at the home- in order to keep the bunks safe for all.
WE DO NOT ALLOW WORKING CREWS TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY
NO Pets - to maintain an allergy fee environment.
The driveway is steep and will only fit 2-3 vehicles.
Please note that there is no overnight street parking.
With the home built on the side of a hill there are an ample amount of stairs throughout the inside and outside of home. Please note if you have any issues with mobility. While we allow people of any age to stay, we don't recommend stays for toddlers or children not adept at using stairs. All stairs are pictured above.
