Le Relais du Berger: A House in the Heart of the Salt Marshes

Located in the heart of the bay, this beautiful house offers you a getaway in the heart of nature, just 10 km from Mont Saint-Michel. Surrounded by greenery and with direct access to the salt marshes, it is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful Normandy landscapes. You have direct access to the greenway, allowing you to reach Mont Saint-Michel on foot or by bike, or near the village of Pontaubault, with its bakery.

A spacious and friendly house
This single-storey house, adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM), is ideal for a pleasant stay and accessible to all. It consists of two bedrooms, perfect for families or small groups:

Master bedroom: A large 160 cm bed

Children's room: Equipped with a bunk bed and a drawer bed, perfect for hosting children or friends.

The bright living room is equipped with a sofa bed. You will also find a television for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a welcoming dining area, including a table and six chairs.
The Wi-Fi connection is of perfect quality (fiber optic).

Comfort and well-being
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The house is heated by the floor and offers a very pleasant and warm atmosphere, even in winter!

A neat exterior to recharge your batteries
The fenced land ensures tranquility and privacy. You can park up to two vehicles in the courtyard. You can also enjoy a 500 m² garden with trees, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air. The 100 m² gravelled terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs, a parasol, a barbecue and deckchairs. It will be the perfect place for your meals or to simply relax listening to the birds singing.

An authentic and intimate setting:

As a shepherd, I take care of my sheep, which can sometimes be close to the house (separated by a fence). This unique experience makes it a perfect place for animal lovers and those who want to live an authentic and bucolic experience in the countryside.

Possibility to accommodate horses
For horse riding enthusiasts or those traveling with their horses, it is possible to accommodate horses on request. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

You will find a bakery just 3 km away, and all the necessary shops 6 km away. In addition, a restaurant and a café are just 1 km from the house, ideal for discovering the local cuisine.
