The property is located at the entrance to the Mont Blanc valley in the small alpine town of Pré-Saint-Didier near the borders with France and Switzerland. The closest Ski Lift is just a 6-minute walk away, and the thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier are just a 3-minute walk.
