You will have access to an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The south-facing terrace offers views of the surrounding mountains.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
