The child-friendly holiday home offers complete privacy and breathtaking views from the terraces on 3 sides of the house. It exudes authenticity with its large fireplace and wooden kitchen. Soak up the sun at the edge of the shared swimming pool while the children expend their energy on the playground
In picturesque Prats du Périgord, an exploration of forests and fields through great hiking trails awaits. Walk straight to the village, where a cute little bakery awaits you with fresh croissants. Here you arrive at the crossroads of 3 regions: Lot, Dordogne and Lot et Garonne. Explore the old bastides of Villefranche du Périgord, the enchanting medieval square of Monpazier, or hilltop Belves near the Dordogne. Perigueux and Bergerac are within easy reach, along with the most fascinating attractions on the Dordogne. You can enjoy canoeing from Cenac on the Dordogne or explore the many caves nearby.

But above all, enjoy to the full. Grab a terrace, have a glass of wine, watch people walk by, browse shops and flea markets... time will fly by!
