Finally, a truly 5 star hotel worth every cent
This was our first stay at Constance Lemuria. The rooms are modern and truly luxurious. Large spaces, great bed, super modern finishes. It feels a true splurge to stay here. If you get a suit on the ground floor I could be a little noisy in the morning because of the front door is not sound proof and if you neighbours our loud you will hear everything. But in general very good. The restaurants of the hotel are EXCELLENT. You pay moderate to high prices but you get quality for your money. Needless to say, you pay alot of money in most hotels in Seychelles claiming to be 5-star, but once you get there you usually discover old and small rooms, with outdated finishes and services. This year, once again our stay at the hotel was excellent. We felt pampered, we ate well, rested and enjoyed the hotel’s top grounds and facilities. The hotel staff is excellent and you get great five stars service. The concierge service will help you with everything from car rental, romantic picnic and local hidden spots to visit. A give my highest recommendation for this hotel. Thank you Constance Lemuria for delivering quality to your paying customers!!!!

Overall not really great. When we arrived there were ants in our room and mosquitoes. The doors have huge gaps so humidity and all bugs can enter as they please. Our guest relations manager that should help us setting things up didn’t help at all. When we inquired for a few activities she took forever to reply or forgot answering completely so I rather took care of everything myself. It was our anniversary and we ordered a cake that they forgot. The beach is beautiful but very crowded. If you are looking for a bit of privacy you are here definitely wrong. I would definitely recommend the nest restaurant, the food, location and the team especially Serena (she was the sweetest best waitress there). Overall a very disappointing stay especially for the price of 1000€ a night….

Hotel fantástico. Serviço impecável. Comida excelente. Aconselho pegar meia pensão pois sai muito mais em conta do que pagar na hora. A praia Anse Georgette que fica dentro do Lemuria foi para nós a praia mais linda de toda Seychelles. Aconselho também pegar os bangalôs em frente a Petit Anse, que ficam perto de todas as atrações e restaurantes. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial a Vimla, que arrumava nosso quarto todos os dias com muita dedicação. Também quero agradecer toda cordialidade do gerente geral do hotel Bruno, sempre disposto a proporcionar o melhor para os hóspedes. Recomendamos muito!!!

Top notch in Praslin
Ticks all the boxes and I’m sure it will not disappoint anyone. Air condotion was the only thing we were a bit struggling with but that is the case in most tropical destinations. Waitresses call you by name is telling the story of the level of service. Very happy with this resort, food, service, facilities, location, beach, rooms and everything. You could live here for a week or two. Don’t worry be happy!

I wished I had stayed longer
Our 4 nights stay was fabulous. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. All staff tried to make our stay enjoyable. Junior suite was clean and had good size. All amenities were available. We were on half board and tried the main buffet restaurant, Nest and Diva. Food was excellent in all of them. Wine list was rich and sometimes overwhelming. Sommelier was there to help. Highly recommend this place. I am planning to come back with my children. Plenty of activities, golf, tennis, kids club,.. my inly recommendation to the hotel is to add few sun umbrellas. People fight for shade under the palms in the main beach.

Cet établissement est surévalué par a rapport a d'autres aux seychelles. L'offre de restauration est inégale avec un buffet dînatoire très cher vis a vis de la finesse (un hôtel de cette catégorie devrait faire 'a la carte' et qualitatif) et un restaurant gastronomique hors de prix compte tenu de la qualité des plats (prix 2 ou 3 étoiles Michelin) qui seront bons mais pas au niveau du prix ; seul le restaurant Nest est a conseiller. La grande plage est interdite a la baignade et la petite plage est belle mais vous n'avez pas la tranquillité espérée d'un 5 étoiles car tout le monde se trouve a cet endroit où a la piscine. Le prix des chambres est excessif par rapport a la concurrence. D'autres hôtels pour le même prix offrent des villas avec piscines privées. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le domaine pourrait être mieux entretenu et l'hôtel modernisé sans que cela nuise a l'authenticité. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très varie, mais on regrette des plats à la carte plus qualitatifs. Le personnel est très sympathique mais certains sont trop envahissants, le Check-in est interminable pour des détails. Pas de possibilité de check out tardif peu importe si vous avez des enfants ou pas. On vous charge pour tout, la nourriture des bébés est payante et même pas une navette d'hôtel gratuite pour aéroport ou port. Il y a un problème de qualité generale alors que les prix sont très élevés et je pense que Constance devrait s'inspirer d'hôtels comme Four seasons.

Je respecte votre perception, et suite à votre commentaire nous avons entrepris une réflexion approfondieNotre hôtel offre un large choix de restauration, et la qualité de notre cuisine est régulièrement citée comme faisant partie des toutes meilleures aux Seychelles. Nous procédons ponctuellement à des analyses comparatives avec nos principaux concurrents, et nos prix sont globalement en ligne avec ceux-ci. Vous jugez notre prestation avec sévérité, j'en prends acte et ceci nous incite à poursuivre nos efforts.L'hôtel dispose de trois plages. Grande Anse Kerlan est un sanctuaire de reproduction des tortues marines, mais il est vrai que la baignade n'y est pas recommandée à cause des rochers qui bordent la plage. Petite Anse Kerlan est la plage principale de l'hôtel, où se situe le restaurant Takamaka. Certes la majeure partie de la clientèle y profite du soleil seychellois pendant la journée, mais l'hôtel propose également la merveilleuse plage d'Anse Georgette qui elle n'est pas aménagée et propose une expérience d'immersion au sein de la nature assez unique. Nous sommes des hôteliers passionnés et nous prenons très au sérieux les commentaires de notre aimable clientèle. Je comprends que votre expérience ne vous a pas apporté une totale sastisfaction et j'en suis sincèrement navré. Il est en effet anormal que le check-in ait pris trop de temps, et que la nourriture pour bébés vous ait été facturée, car celle-ci est normalement gratuite pour les enfants de moins de 6 ans. Veuillez accepter nos excuses pour cela.Je comprends votre déception de ne pas avoir pu bénéficier d'un "late check-out", nous faisons notre maximum pour répondre favorablement aux demandes, cependant cela n'est pas toujours possible selon le taux d'occupation de l'hôtel ainsi que les mouvements d'arrivées et départs du jour. A true 6 star amazing experience for us.
Excellent stay from the very beginning with Pheong who made the reception very welcoming and helpful organizing our stay. Dinners were wonderful especially on the Rock. The brunch buffet was very good with Marcus chef being very helpful. The hosts Davis, Solomon and Valerie always helpful. Also by the beach Jose was very helpful and heloed organize our stay. Bar tendes great even on the beach with Daniel. A special thank you to Narish bar snd food manager for his personalized attention. Assistant manager was also very friendly and attentive. All to say great staff with superb service and attention. It was a great anniversary celebration at a wonderful place.

What's not to like about paradise? This was our fourth visit to Seychelles, and first time on Praslin. Constance Lemuria far exceeded the other resorts where we had stayed in the past.The staff was incredibly, and genuinely, friendly. We were always greeted by a smiling face. The property itself was incredibly beautiful - especially the view you get upon arrival.

Incrível! Esse hotel é especial! Desde o Darren no concierge, o Nano da Gym, Quran breakfast All the Saff thé buggy drives, thé french sommelier todos são maravilhosos! O pessoal do check in e check out que não são tão legais! Mas o hotel e perfeito cuida de tudo, late check out tem um lounge Vip com tudo, a praia não tem o que falar!! Sonho! O que deixou a desejar foi apenas o room service a comida veio muito pouco, tivemos que pedir de novo e veio pouco novamente dormimos com fome e gastamos muito! Então é melhor ir nos restaurantes deles que são ótimo!

Our Constance Lemuria stay was incredible, start to finish. Upon arrival (at 8am) the team that received us gave the warmest welcome and gave us a tour of the property ending with access to a “VIP Suite” area where we were able to shower and cleanup after 14 hours of travel. The area is beautiful, the hotel is clean, open and comfortable. They take Covid precautions so travelers needing to feel safe and/or needing to test are supported. We did the half board option which was kind of pricey but the buffet at the Legends restaurant had tasty dishes every night, there was something for everyone. We had dinner On the Rocks for two nights and I would recommend the Romance Menu over the meat menu. We also did the Curious Island excursion which was an incredible experience. Definitely would recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or for family fun. Both those type of trips can exist here with enough fun and options for everyone comfortably

Outstanding stay
Having enjoyed travel to many beach destinations around the world over the past 40 years, this property, and the Seychelles in general, has become our favourite. The property itself is beautiful, in all aspects, from location to layout and appointment. The food and beverage service in all locations was exceptional. All staff, from the grounds staff, to the management team (who were both visible and engaging), were professional, friendly and extremely efficient. We really cannot fault any element of this hotel, and, from travellers who readily admit to being extremely picky, and focussed on detail, we recommend a stay there without hesitation. Thank you to everybody at Constance Lemuria for making our stay so memorable.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Lemuria und ausserordentlich zufrieden. Perfekter Service angefangen von Mitarbeitern beim check-in, Service in allen Restaurants bis zum Housekeeping. Alle waren sie ausserordentlich freundlich und erfüllen dem Gast jeden Wunsch. Hier ist der Kunde noch König. Leider hat es zuwenige Fahrräder und ab und zu gab es gar keine?? Des Weiteren unverständlich in Zeiten von Klimaschutz, dass in den Zimmern alle Lampen den ganzen Tag brennen müssen?? Weiter wird der Müll nicht g etrennt, d.h. Petflaschen im besonderen. Das ist aber das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt -wenn überhaupt.

Séjour de 6 nuits en couple Très bel environnement boisé avec beaucoup d’oiseaux, emplacement pour les petits déjeuners avec très belle vues paradisiaque , sentiment d’espace , personnel sympathique et souriant . Réponse de l’hôtel pour nos demandes spécifiques ( emplacement, literie etc) Piscines esthétiques mais trop petites chambre moderne mais éclairage d’ambiance réussi mais compliqué ( WC)

What the team of the Hotel Constance Lemuria achieves is sensational! We have travelled a lot, but we have never experienced such loving hospitality! Every single member of the staff does an excellent job! The employees are incredibly attentive and trained to read your every wish from your lips – even when you are wearing a face mask. Obviously, this hotel is run by a management that has mastered the fine art of looking after guests and also pays attention to the small details. In addition to the unbelievably good service, there is also a very well-maintained hotel complex in the middle of a natural paradise with a romantic view. We thank you very much for the wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to Lemuria soon.

Great resort! Excellent service! From the moment I stepped into the resort, they treated me so nicely every day. Restaurants are really good as well. The beach in front of the resort (Anse Kerlan) is ok. Anse Georgette which is still on the property is beautiful! If you challenge yourself, you can also do a hike from Anse Georgette to Mt Plaisir and then to Anse Lazio from there, which is the most beautiful beach in Praslin

We loved our time here!! To start, our room was beautiful, with a gorgeous sunset view from our balcony. The service was also excellent, with no shortage of friendly smiles and readiness to help. The food selection was also very good! From the breakfast buffet to the a la carte dinner, everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

Pro: - Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen gigantisch und sehr lecker - Personal super freundlich - Anlage super schön - kleines Präsent da Flitterwochen Contra: - Staub- und Spinnweben im Zimmer. Wurden auf mehrmalige bitte auch nur teilweise entfernt. - Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Babymatzratze getauscht & plötzlich hatte unser Baby lauter Bisse von Bettwanzen Fazit: Für den Preis sollte gerade in Punkto Sauberkeit mehr zu erwarten sein. Auch die Bettwanzen sind bei einem Preis von über 500 Euro die Nacht ein Wahnsinn. An dieser Stelle möchten wir das Hotel bitten, auf ausreichend Hygiene zumindest bei den Kinderbetten/-Matratzen zu achten und diese nicht einfach den ganzen Tag im Treppenhaus rum stehen zu lassen.

Furthermore, I have also well noted your less positive remarks concerning the daily cleanliness of your suite and the unattended mattresses left outside the suites; Rest assured that I have shared your feedback with our Executive Housekeeper in order to ensure an immediate correction in this regards. Don’t go ! Far too expensive for the quality you get . Bugs on the fruit salads , not really professional staff … tennis not protected for the wind , we went to many 5 stars resort in the world and my advice : choose another one !

Good experience
Very nice hotel, with golf court, tennis court and other facilities. Nice beach in front of the hotel, outstanding beach at Anse Georgette a 15 minutes walk (steep in parts) away. Nice rooms, modern. Friendly staff. Two things I would improve: a) buffet food could be better even if there is a wide range of options; b) management should interact more with customers.
