The property was not ready for guests when it came time to check in. Home was not professionally cleaned. There were no towels. Not enough glassware, silverware, etc. There were no sheets for most of the beds. We weren’t able to check in until 2 hours after than our check in time. The only television is in the primary suite. We booked a luxury home, but unfortunately did not have a luxury experience. I hope they do better for the next guests.

The house is a beautiful home.The house was dirty in corners, grill was dirty, bucket by the garage full of water that was green. Only had to 2 pots to cook on, no cable to watch the TV which the only TV was in the master bedroom. When we arrived couldn't get into the house, when we got in the house was hot. Next day we had no water a pipe buster he did someone out to fix it. Again the house so much potential if they would take the time to plant some plants clean up the house make it aesthetically pleasing it could bring a lot of money I just think that maybe they don't know what they're doing it looks like they're doing a lot of repairs they was still closed in one of the closets again we were only there a day and a half but starting off the experience was not good at all.
