Casa Incanto - Tramonti, Giardino & Piscina

Leiligheten ligger på vestsiden av Praiano, det eneste stedet på Amalfikysten hvor solen setter sent. Du kan beundre fantastisk utsikt over Positano, øya Li Galli og Faraglioni Capri.
Hagen er det ideelle stedet for å nyte en deilig middag, du vil finne en grill, solsenger, en utendørs dusj og et bord med stoler. Leiligheten er utstyrt med alle bekvemmeligheter, inkludert aircondition, gratis WiFi og oppvarming.

Huset ligger beleilig til, 5 minutters gange fra butikker, restauranter og bussholdeplassen og 600 meter fra La Gavitella-stranden (trapper). Wi-Fi er tilgjengelig og gratis.

Smakfullt innredet, har leiligheten nylig blitt renovert og kan romme opptil 6 personer (jeg foreslår 5 voksne eller 4 voksne + 2 barn).

Hvert rom har klimaanlegg / oppvarming. WiFi er gratis og tilgjengelig hvor som helst i huset. Huset tilbyr alt du trenger, inkludert en vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, fryser, mikrobølgeovn, stekeovn, vannkoker, kaffetrakter, 4-brenner gass komfyr, brødrister, blender og alt som trengs for matlaging.

Bassenget har en rektangulær form med en halvcirkel inngang og måler 5 meter X 3 meter og 1. 30 meter dyp.
Bassenget vil være åpent fra midten av mai til slutten av oktober, fra 9:00 til 19:00.

Leiligheten ligger i et rolig område, halvveis mellom hovedgaten og La Gavitella-stranden. Huset kan nås via en panoramabane på ca 200 meter og ca 70 trinn.

Vi ønsker velkommen noen, men på grunn av trappene (ca. 70 trinn), anbefaler vi det ikke til personer med hjerte- eller mobilitetsproblemer.

Gjestene blir bedt om å kommunisere ankomsttid minst en dag i forveien for å arrangere innsjekking.

Ekstra avgifter som skal betales på stedet:

- Turist skatt € 2,50 per person per natt for maksimalt 7 netter. Barn under 10 år betaler ikke.

Noen få skritt fra leiligheten finner du alt du trenger, barer, restauranter, et lite supermarked, en aviskiosk, butikker, et apotek. Alle SITA busser stopper ved Praiano, og i tillegg er det en liten busskjøring fra Mobil Amalfikysten som går fra Praiano til Positano og omvendt.
Den nærmeste stranden er La Gavitella, nås via ca 300 trinn.
I mange av Praiano restauranter er sjømat frisk og servert på den fascinerende Vietri-keramikken.
Men det viktigste elementet i Amalfikysten er definitivt sitron, som her blir søtere enn noe annet, så det er vant til å forberede den berømte "limoncello".

Casa Encanto is everything it says it is. Wonderfully located, easy access to buses and taxis It is a walk from the square with a number of ramps and steps. The private pool area is exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a couple of wonderful meals. The hosts were responsive friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect place and the view of positano and the bay were incredible. The sunset from the balcony was a must every night. You will not be disappointed

This villa is a must stay property. The family that own it take such care of the property, it has so much love and care poured into it shows everywhere. They also are really excellent at looking after you without being intrusive at all. We had a fabulous holiday and would jump at the chance to go again. The property is down by the cliff front, so if you cannot do stairs dont risk it. But if you can do stairs the view is so amamzing, we loved it even in the one thunderstorm we had. 100% recommend to stay here. Well worth the money and the stairs.

Memories of a Lifetime

Casa Incanto offered breathtaking views and a welcomed respite from the tourist hustle & bustle. The grounds were immaculate and abloom in floral fragrances, lemon trees, and various herbs. The pool, BBQ area and outdoor loungers were perfect for a "little R&R / down time". The home was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. Our Hosts were always available to answer questions. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely property if you are in the Praiano area.

Exceeded expectations!

First of all, the location is unbelievable. A multi-million euro view, tucked away below San Gennaro church. Close to the beach and Cafe Miranda, who makes the best cocktails in Praiano! Next, there was fresh basil and mint that we could use to cook pasta (and make Hugos!). We went out every night, but the last night we stayed in, walked to the local meat butcher to pick up our choices, and grilled veggies, steaks, and make pasta. Oh, such a special place!

Vacation of a Lifetime

Words cannot capture the beauty of Casa Incanto. From the breathtaking views, you literally feel like you are in a postcard, to the hospitality shown by owners Valeria and Emanuele. Our kids, ages 10 and 13, love animals and loved Dakiti their dog. They allowed the kids to pet him. The pool was another excellent amenity as we spent a lot of time there as a family. Benedetta, helped us with everything and anything we needed. My husband and I wanted to renew our wedding vows at the villa and Benedetta organized every detail from the celebrant to the photographer. She also organized a fishing trip for us in Positano. We are forever grateful for our time and experience at Casa Incanto. We will definitely be back!

Can’t go wrong

Our stay was perfect. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Super comfortable beds. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful flowers all around the property. Views you won’t tire of. Great seating options on upstairs patio, side patio, and on the pool level. Great city, quiet but good access to the busier cities for day visits. Very nice food at the close restaurants, casual and fancier options. A very close small supermarket for anything you need. Walk up into town not difficult. And the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. So happy with this booking.

Perfect Praiano

A fantastic place to stay with peace and quiet, wonderful views and yet close enough to nearby restaurants, bars and transport to Positano, Amalfi and beyond. The hosts were always on hand via messaging to help with any queries and arranged a wonderful boat trip for us to Capri. Thanks to Benedetta and family and to Giada. Lovely, peaceful and relaxing

Everything was better than advertised. We loved the villa and Praiano. It was the perfect central point to explore the Amalfi Coast. Perfect Property

This was the absolute best trip we have taken and the main reason was staying at Casa Incanto! The property was perfect, extremely clean and well cared for, with breath taking views of the coast. Waking up here everyday to the sound of the ocean and the view of Positano is incredible and cannot be matched. And if that was not enough, Benedetta and her family are the epitome of hospitality. From helping book tours, arranging transportation, giving recommendations, the very nice welcome basket and kind message, they truly make you feel welcome in their home. I cannot recommend this property enough and we are looking forward to returning here soon!

Casa Incanto is heaven !! Exceeded all of our expectations

Casa Incanto was the perfect place for our family to stay in beautiful Praiano. Everything about the villa was perfect - from the interior of the villa with updated kitchen and bathrooms and most importantly the VIEWS. Quite honestly with the pool and the views you could be very content just spending the week here - and we did take advantage of this beautiful property on our families bucket list trip to the Amalfi coast. The porter service to help with our bags was very helpful with the many stairs. Benedetta and her family are wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend staying here. Our family has the best time here and made memories of a lifetime!

Unforgettable!

The property was amazing. Such a beautiful space and what a view. The recent bath and kitchen upgrades are gorgeous. We cannot say enough about our time here. Benedetta and Valery were so helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond in setting up private car transfers. They were even able to reschedule our private boat tour last minute due to bad weather- this was the highlight of our trip! The pictures do not do this property justice- the pool, grounds, and view are truly spectacular. My teenagers never wanted to leave. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. We would stay here again and recommend to all! Thank you again.

What a special place to stay!

We loved this villa! Casa Incanto is perfectly situated in Praiano with a great view of Positano and the Amalfi coast facing the Island of Capri. Sunsets are Georgia’s. It is quiet and has every amenity you could ask for. Also the bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated since the photos were last taken and they are spectacular. The pool and patio as well as the outdoor dining and grilling area are so wonderful. Everyone on the team that we interacted with from Bernadetta and Mena to Valerie were all so kind. Rest assured this is the PERFECT spot.

Perfection in Praiano

Hard to describe how perfect this property is! Casa Incanto checks all the right boxes for a vacation stay. From its sweeping, Mediterranean views, to its ideal location between Amalfi and Positano, the house is private, quiet, large enough to split with friends (or family) and provides access to both the sea, below, and the village center, above. Best place to stay in Praiano!

My husband and I booked this property for a our honeymoon and there aren’t enough good things to say. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and in an excellent location. The views from the garden are incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Benedetta was the most gracious host and took care of anything we needed including transfers to and from the airport and setting up a private boat for us. We’ll always stay here when visiting the Amalfi coast!

Absolutely Stunning

This apartment was amazing. We were two couples and it was perfect. All communication was prompt and very helpful and the porter service was great to have. A taxi was arranged for us upon leaving and that was also greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was just perfect. We could have stayed at the house all day and enjoyed the beautiful views and pool. We did leave to do some fun things but the highlight was returning to this wonderful home. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a very generous size and the outside areas were great. Perfect and quiet in a most stunning area.

The Most Beautiful Place on Earth!

Casa Incanto truly embodies the spirit of the Amalfi Coast. We loved spending time in the pool, enjoying meals in the gorgeous outdoor seating area and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset or reading a book. We loved how centrally located everything was and enjoyed day-trips to Positano, Ravello and Amalfi. We also enjoyed the local eateries/bars including Bar Del Sole, Cafe Mirante and Trattoria San Gennaro. Benedetta and family were wonderful and responsive hosts who took care of the small details so we could enjoy our time here. We loved the gift basket and the porter service. Beautiful Praiano Villa

I can not say enough about Casa Incanto. My 3 sons & I just loved everything about it . We are so happy we stayed in Praiano, only 15 minute bus ride from the busy Positano. It's right under Piazza Gennaro so we enjoyed the church bells throughout the day & even went to Sunday mass. The pool was fantastic & the balcony views breathtaking. We walked the steps down to the beach, not recommended for people with health issues. But definitely worth the walk back up with a bar at the top as a reward. Benedetta & her mother & father were so helpful and kind. We loved our care package upon arrival and enjoyed the local fruit/grocery store & butcher to cook on the outside grill. Many options for restaurants nearby & we loved our private boat excursion to Capri (recommend doing it during the week though, too busy on weekends) Looking forward to another trip back to Casa Incanto & Praiano!
