«Great hotel and ok breakfast »

«Alt i alt ett flott opphold, bare positivt.»

«Value for money was bad. Ok 3* facilities to 5* price.»

«This hotel is a 3 star, not 4. Rooms are just ok but they only cleaned them when we complained. Had to change rooms because of strong smell coming from the toilet but maintenance did not see anything wrong! They NEVER answer the phone and we couldn’t cancel because hotels.com did not manage to reach them either. The pool would be cozy but with more than 3 people is already crowded. You have to pay to leave your luggage - never experienced that before. All in all not a nice experience at all»

«Some confusion on arrival with room type I got vs the room type I booked, but everything went well.»

«The hotel is very basic. The rooms are quite small, and the hotel seems to operate at full capacity most of the time. They are generally unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.

«Never stayed in such a poor hotel in my life. I know I should not expect much from a "budget" hotel, but at least they should provide with essential goods in the room. Virtually you only get a bed in a very small room to sleep and nothing else; no shampoo (there was a shampoo bottle but it was empty. Although I asked the staff to refill but they ignored my request), no drink water, no cups to take water from tap. The room was small and dirty. Breakfast was OK but the foods were the same every ...

«We had a great stay at Plaza Spania! The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and the location is very safe and central. Will definitely come back the next time I visit Rio :) »
