- La Casina Apartment is a comfortable, renovated annex of a country cottage, located very close to the Sirmione highway exit (2.5 km) and suitable for up to 4 guests.
Privacy and tranquility are the highlights of this charming property, along with the picturesque view you can enjoy from the poolside garden.
The cottage is all on one level and consists of a living area with a dining room, a separate kitchen fully equipped with all types of appliances, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room features a double sofa bed.
There’s plenty of green space at your disposal. Tables and chairs for dining outdoors with a splendid view of the Tower of San Martino. Sun loungers and a beach umbrella so you can relax by the large pool.
Adjacent to the property is a winery where you can purchase local wine or enjoy tastings of the local Lugana wine.
The garden and pool are available for your use and for the use of the apartment owners who live in the adjacent farmhouse.
