The bright 38 m² flat will happily accommodate 4 people. Its space is filled with elegant shades of white, beige and wooden decor elements. The top-quality furnishings will make our guests feel truly special and allow them to fully relax after their trip and during their stay. The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, balcony and bathroom. The spacious living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a modern TV and a table and chairs for dining together. WIFI is also provided in the flat. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and bed linen. The functional kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. Amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and fridge with freezer are available. The modern bathroom has a shower, washing machine, towels and a hairdryer. From the balcony with garden furniture, you can watch the view of the city and enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee or tea. The flat is also happy to accommodate your pets.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in a green area, adjacent to the beautiful Lake Malta. It is close to the city centre and offers many attractions and recreational areas. There is the Malta Park, as well as the Millennium Park, offering numerous alleys where you can run or walk, surrounded by local nature. On the other side of the lake, you will find the zoo, which will be a great attraction for the whole family, allowing you to get to know various species of animals, as well as having a good time. The location of the flat at Konarskiego Street guarantees proximity to public transport stops and easy access to all parts of Poznań. The nearest tram and bus stops are only 170 metres from the building. The famous Old Market Square with Goats can be reached in 14 minutes by public transport or a 35-minute walk. The market offers many atmospheric restaurants, cafés, museums and other tourist attractions. The nearest supermarket, Biedronka, is only 450 metres from the flat, so our guests will be able to easily stock up on all the necessary products during their stay. For those travelling by train, the proximity of two train stations will be a great advantage: Poznań Garbary (2 km) and Poznań Wschód (2 km). The flat will be an excellent choice when looking for the perfect accommodation in Poznań.
