The Space:

The cosy, stylish 50 m² apartment with garden can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends! It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. An incredible feature is the garden with garden furniture - an ideal place for an evening outdoors with friends or family, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or spend a romantic evening with a glass of wine. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A wide range of bathroom and kitchen facilities (including dishwasher, washing machine and oven) will cater for all our guests' needs during their stay. For a good start to their stay, we provide guests with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen. The apartment is also pet-friendly, with an additional pet bed in the living room.

The Neighborhood:

The unique apartment is located in a modern housing estate at Wołkowyska 26 in Poznań - very close to Lake Malta. There is a beach in the area, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and there are several viewpoints around the lake. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as 2 shopping centres - Posnania (2.4 km) and Galeria Malta (900 m). Posnania is one of Poznań's largest shopping malls, you will find not only the most popular shops, but also a cinema and a bowling alley.

There are also several supermarkets and retail outlets in the area. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Poznań Airport, while Poznań Główny Railway Station is 6.2 km from the apartment.
