«I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.»

The staff/owners were amazingly friendly and helpful.
We received a tour of the properties Orchard which was fantastic.
We had a firepit and a BBQ at a disposal.
I would highly recommend this location »

«For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a 2-bedroom suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect. We booked airport transportation, transfer to Placencia, several rides into San Ignacio and all of our tours with them. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.»

«I loved everything about this property the rooms were clean and well equipped. The grounds were immaculate and there is a trail you can walk through the jungle. The meals were all as goid as any 5 star restaurant. Their chef could work in the finest restaurants and put everyone to shame. I had 2 massages and again they were amazing. On top of all this their staff are some of the most efficient caring and respectful I have ever come across. »

«This is a beautiful little boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful and it is extremely clean. It’s very close to good restaurants and very quiet. The staff is excellent and answered all of our questions thoroughly and treated us with kindness. If I go back, it’s definitely where I’ll stay.»

«We spent 5 days at Cohune Palms. The property is natural and had resident agouti. We saw huge iguana, toucan, agouti and were lucky enough to see the kinkajou right from the dining area. We were in The hummingbird cabana. They have added stairs up to the loft with 2 single beds. It made the main room a bit squishy but were able to store luggage upstairs. The bathroom was huge with wonderful shower. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Mike snd the staff were friendly and always available. ...

«I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc.
I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again.»
