This beautiful recently renovated house is located in Laurito, about 2 km from the center of Positano, the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, known not only for its numerous terraces, staircases, and colorful houses but also for its sheer beauty. In Positano, there are many fantastic things to see, starting from the typical narrow and winding streets or the staircases that connect the upper part of the town to the beach. Positano's main beaches are Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo, while others are only accessible by sea. In addition to its famous beaches, it is not uncommon to spot movie stars on vacation or see yachts of wealthy businessmen moored in the harbor.

To reach the house, there are 70 steps from the main road.

The house can accommodate four adults. It has a living room, two bedrooms, and terraces available to guests. It also boasts a large solarium shaded by olive trees and equipped with a table for 6, BBQ, outdoor shower, and sunbeds. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views. The living room is furnished with simple and comfortable Mediterranean-style furniture: a table for 6 and a TV. Here you will also find the kitchen area with a 5-burner stove, electric oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, and other small appliances.
Bedroom 1 with private bathroom: Double bed, TV, A/C, and heating. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and a hydromassage shower. The bedroom is accessed from the hallway.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, TV, A/C, and heating. It is accessed from the hallway.
Bathroom 2, with Vietri ceramic tiles: Sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and hydromassage shower. It is accessed from the hallway.

Thanks to its location in Laurito, guests are close to the life of Positano without the crowds of tourists. It is also near the following attractions and destinations:
• 200 m from the nearest bus stop
• 300 m from the nearest restaurant
• The center of Positano, with all its shops, is 1.5 km away
• The famous Spiaggia Grande is only 2.5 km away
• The towns of Amalfi, Ravello, and Sorrento are all between 10 and 20 km away
• A trip to the island of Capri is possible from Positano, just 35 km away (by boat)
• The historic site of Pompeii is only 38 km away
• Naples Airport is less than 63 km for international travelers

Important things to know:

- Tourist Tax: 2,50 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 200,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned before your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Final cleaning: 100,00 Euros.
