Also there is a comfortable chair in the room for guests to sit and relax. . The second bedroom includes a queen bed, 50 inch television, and a walk in closet and a dresser. The third bedroom also includes a queen bed, 50 inch television, and a spacious closet. The fourth bedroom, guests will find two twin beds, a 42 inch television, and a walk in closet. Guest access
Guest space is fully private, includes, the kitchen, two full bathrooms, four bedrooms, laundry room, entertainment room, backyard, primary bedroom patio, 3 car driveway, and back deck. In the backyard guests can access the charcoal grill, Guest will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the attic, which has a lock on it and the closet located in the laundry room, which is a cleaning closest for cleaners. Guest will not have access to the detached garage located in the far left side of the yard.
Other things to note Guests must read and follow all house rules. No parties or gatherings or events of any size. No third party booking. No smoking in the house .guests will be charged $250.and an extra cleaning fee for smoking in the house and charged for any damages caused by smoking in the house. only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by host prior to your arrival guests must be respectful of neighbors and follow the quiet time rule from 8:00pm - 7:00am if not guests reservation will be canceled immediately with no refund.
Guests should be aware that there are three stairs to go down in order to enter the entertainment room. We have a queen blow up bed for extra sleeping arrangements if guests need the blow up bed you must notify the host before your arrival. For the safety of the guests and the property we have a ring camera at the front and side door we also have a camera on the detached garage that guests don’t have access to.
