«5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel»

«The apartment was well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. The only improvement we can suggest would be a little more cutlery. The knives and forks ran out before the plates. Had there been a few more forks we would have run the dishwasher less often! :-) But that is a tiny niggle - we would still give it 5 stars!»

«Portrush Atlantic Hotel is a expensive, overpriced hotel. The hotel appears worn and with poor maintenance. The service was polite but not service minded. The breakfast was simple, and with very little choice. The price for the room was almost double what we paid for similar rooms in Belfast and Derry. In summary: Save your money and stay at another hotel instead.»
