A single-story, four-sided, 80-square-meter small villa located in a residential complex (San Michele 33) with a fanced garden on three sides, a 15-minute walk from Bagnaia, nestled in a quiet, green setting.
The property is ideal as a vacation home thanks to its spacious, functional, and well-organized spaces. The property includes two private parking spaces and features modern, bright interiors. The living area comprises a spacious living room with two sofas, an extendable dining table, and an open-plan kitchen, designed for practicality and conviviality. The sleeping area offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite in the master bedroom, for greater comfort and privacy. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Important Notes:
- Groups of Young under 25 are not permitted.
- Pets allowed with a fee of 30 euro.
- Mandatory security deposit: €200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set, including single use (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on site.
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
