Hotel très bien situé, 5 minutes du metro qui relie l'aéroport directement. Tout est realisable à pieds. L'hôtel est propre, personnel très aimable et petit déjeuner tres bien!

The location of the Yotel Hotel is convenient for a quick access to the city centre and the Metro nearby. However, the cobbled streets around create a constant noise from the ongoing traffic. This means that one can admire the view from the hotel rooms through the glass of closed windows.

On mentionnait que c’était peu bruillant cependant ce n’était aucunement insonorisé. L’air conditionné fonctionnait mal et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas..! Très déçu, pire hôtel de notre séjour.

Hotel is very close to metro station and very walkable to lower part of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than expected. There was no wardrobe or drawer to put things away. The lighting is very dim. What disappointed us the most was we asked for a quiet room but were placed right under the roof top restaurant where they rented out for late night parties until 1am on Friday and Saturday. The loud music and peoples noises woke us up and didn't start to die down until 1:30am. We made three phone calls to Reception who tried to keep the noise down but wasn't successful. They also offered to switch us to another room which we appreciated the gesture. We did not take up the offer because of too much hassle. It spoiled our night's sleep. The breakfast is good but the place was rather crammed.

The bed was a double not a queen like we’d booked. The robots were plugged in when we arrived and left so I’m assuming they only interact when they're at the noisy nightclub. Our room vibrated from the loud music playing above us from 11pm till 230. Our first call to complain they said they’d ask them to lower the music. The second call they said the music would only be playing till midnight and at 1225 when husband called a third time they stopped answering so he went downstairs to see about changing rooms and found out they were fully booked so we had a mostly sleepless night.

Would Avoid
Stayed in the suite with balcony. The room was clean and the views were impressive. Unfortunately at 10pm loud dance music started vibrating through the walls and didn’t stop until 2am, which was less than idea as was travelling with family. I complained to staff but they didn’t even bother to acknowledge the issue or apologise the next day. I certainly won’t be returning to a YOTEL.

The hotel is great,but avoid its restaurant at all
Goods (+) and bad (-) points (+) A Modern hotel, innovative concept, excellent facilities, 24-hour gym included in the daily price (basic, but with excellent equipment enough to maintain an workout routine). (+) It has interesting dynamics, for example: in a stay longer than three nights, if you do not need to do housekeeping, a €5 voucher is generated for use in the restaurant, with a maximum of 2 vouchers being able to be accumulated per stay. (-) What they don't explain about it, is that it must be requested on the same day after 5 pm, I left to apply for both on the second day and they granted me only one. (-) I tried to use the voucher at the restaurant (dinner, sunday, 11/Feb/24) but I ended up giving up, as it was busy, I was directed to a table, but then I was ignored by the restaurant staff, I decided to choose among the countless great and better options Oporto offers. (-) The space dedicated to breakfast/breakfast is small considering the number of rooms, I tried it one day (for €17, as it was not included in my daily rate), and the amount of people, limited buffet space, I preferred to avoid the hustle and bustle and have breakfast in the hotel's neighborhood, which has great bakeries in a 5 minutes walking (more than one) and even more affordable. The hotel, its facilities and staff are great. But skip the restaurant, Oporto offers much more!

The skinny lady at breakfast buffet, could smile and also not be so rude. She was awful how she dealt with customers, unnecessarily making it complicated. She is foul to customers. Party the night before carnival was loud and apparently the roof party zone is not controlled by the hotel.. The rest of staff and house keepers were great. Hotel was clean, will. Oy stay there again. Food was average had no taste. Poor choice.

Location is not good in front of a bridge and next to a sex bordeau. Lighting inside room is very bad and bathroom and shower areas do not have ventilation Poor breakfast and few locations to eat nearby hotel.
