Roots of Gaia offers a spacious, comfortable living room designed for spending time with family or friends — the 6-seat dining table invites group meals, while the small balcony, with a bench for 2, is the perfect spot for a coffee outdoors. In the kitchen, a second table for 4 is ideal for breakfast or quick everyday meals.

Smoking policy: Raízes de Gaia follows a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. Should our team identify signs that this rule was not respected (smell of tobacco, ashes or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to apply a specialized cleaning fee starting at €200.
