Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez vu des sans-abri sur le marché, mais comme vous le savez, malheureusement nous n'avons aucun contrôle sur ce qui se passe dans la rue, quant aux chiens qui aboient, nous sommes vraiment désolés mais à notre connaissance, ce n'est pas le cas. Il est courant que les chiens aboient ou habitent cette rue, nous n'avons jamais vu de chiens et nous n'avons jamais eu de problèmes ou de plaintes à ce sujet. Dans tous les cas, nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes.

I'm afraid that you might have misunderstood the available gadgets of the apartment. We have never advertised to have a safe, we do have them but we do not advertise them ever due to their unnavailability so you expected to have them once you saw them but we never indicated to have such a perk.Regardless of that we hope you had an amazing time in Porto with us.
