The compact L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, making meal preparation effortless and allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out to discover the city.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, ensuring restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to provide maximum comfort.

Lastly, the elegant bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed shower and a sleek vanity, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

Step outside onto the private balcony, where a small table and chairs create the perfect setting for a morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply enjoying the city views.

Guests have full access to the apartment, located on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, located in a peaceful residential area with easy access to both Gaia and Porto's main attractions. Guests can quickly reach the famous Dom Luís I Bridge and the renowned Port Wine Cellars, where they can enjoy wine tastings and stunning views over the Douro River.

The beautiful riverside area of Cais de Gaia, with its restaurants, cafés, and panoramic terraces, is also nearby. For beach lovers, the Atlantic coastline and the sandy beaches of Gaia are just a short drive away.

With excellent road connections and public transport, it's the perfect base for discovering the history, gastronomy, and vibrant atmosphere of both Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, General Torres (CP – Urban and Regional Lines), is approximately a 10–12 minute drive from the property, offering convenient connections to Porto and other destinations in northern Portugal.

Several local bus stops are within a 2–5 minute walk, providing easy access to Vila Nova de Gaia city centre and surrounding areas.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
