It can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 4 comfortable bedrooms, including one bedroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PMR). Fully equipped and air-conditioned, it offers all the comfort needed for a perfect holiday. Outside, you can enjoy a secure swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in complete peace and privacy. The Space:

Single-storey villa, it offers an ideal setting for families, combining comfort, space, and tranquility.



The living area features a large bright lounge with TV, sofa, and dining space, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, as well as Senseo and filter coffee machines.



The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms: a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed with direct access to the front terrace, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, both sharing a bathroom. A master suite offers its own private bathroom and direct access to the rear outdoor terrace. A fourth bedroom, also a suite with its own private bathroom, provides additional comfort and privacy.



The living room is air-conditioned, and each bedroom is fitted with ceiling fans to ensure pleasant freshness throughout the house. The villa also offers Wi-Fi.



A laundry area with a washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay.



Outside, the villa is designed to fully enjoy every moment. At the front, a large welcoming terrace features a wooden table for 8 people and a plancha, ideal for outdoor dining. Also at the front, a secure, private, and unoverlooked saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers offers a perfect place to relax in complete peace.



At the back of the house, a dedicated children’s area with a swing and a small playhouse provides a safe and fun family space.



The villa also offers 3 parking spaces.

Security deposit:

A security deposit is required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank pre-authorization of up to €1,000 depending on the property.

You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete your check-in.

At this time, you will be asked to register your bank card for the deposit hold.

If the deposit cannot be processed, access to the accommodation will not be granted.

Baby equipment (optional):

Travel cot and high chair available as a package for €15 per stay.

The travel cot is provided with a standard mattress suitable for this type of bed (no additional thick mattress).

Baby bed linen is not included.

Early check-in / late check-out:

Available only upon request and subject to availability, with a €40 fee.

Late check-in after 11pm:

€40 fee only if a physical check-in is required.
