Bright and welcoming, the living room opens onto a spacious balcony where you can enjoy family meals or unwind outdoors. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the apartment, including both bedrooms.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

With a fantastic location by the sea, at Prainha Beach Club you can enjoy access to a tennis and paddle court (extra cost), a multi-game court, playgrounds, outdoor pool, restaurants and supermarket. Easily access the beach through an elevator built on the cliff or by stairs.Just 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, 5 km from Portimão and 75 km from Faro airport.

We highly recommend exploring the area by car – it’s the best way to make the most of the stunning beaches along the Algarve coast and to discover the cultural and gastronomic richness of the nearby towns at your own pace. As our guest, you’ll have access to free outdoor parking within the Prainha Club resort, ensuring comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the designated lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Pools in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. The panoramic pool has hourly and seasonal hours of operation that can vary - opening in March / April and closing in October/ November. The other two swimming pools are open all year round.- Supermarket : Open Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 4PM.

￫ Nighttime in person assistance with matters beyond the property's responsibility will incur a cost of €25 from 22:00 onwards and €50 from 00:00 onwards.Please contact us for more information.
