The Sydney Apartment is a modern and spacious ground floor, ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and easy access to Alvor town centre.



The living and dining room in an open plan offers a bright and welcoming environment, creating a harmonious transition to the remaining areas of the house.



The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms also has a small outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for quiet moments in the open air.



The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, featuring a breakfast table, a veranda and a pantry.



On the exterior, the apartment enjoys access to a shared swimming pool and garden, reached by stairs or lift to a lower level and then just a few steps.



The location is excellent, allowing you to enjoy proximity to Alvor town centre, the beach, the promenade and a wide range of restaurants and cafés.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests.

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
