🚫 Not suitable for Schoolies, hens, or bucks parties
🔞 Minimum booking age: 25 years
🚗 Please follow parking guidelines provided
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
🕒 Check-in: From 3:00 PM
🕙 Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out must be pre-approved (fees apply)
$110 per hour fee for unauthorized late departure
🔑 Contactless check-in via key safe
Keys must be returned to the lockbox on departure
Failure to return keys may incur management/replacement fees
🍳 COOKING
⚠️ Cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., curries) will incur a $450 deep cleaning fee
🚫 PET POLICY

If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fire, storm, damage):
You will be notified immediately
Alternative accommodation will be arranged where possible
