«Greit sted å bo når en besøker Orvieto. Mye bråk utenfor hotellet. I tillegg virket ikke aircondition. God plassering. »

Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). »

«Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). »

«The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website ...

«When we were assigned a room, we discovered a leak from the toilet. We reported it to the staff and were quickly assigned a new room. We later discovered that the rooms had not been properly cleaned and there were spider webs and spider eggs under the beds, under the cabinets and bedside tables. We reported it again and were again met with very good service. The staff cleaned the rooms again and we were also compensated with a bottle of good wine for the meal. Too bad they don't clean the rooms ...
