Hotellet ble inntatt rett etter fergetur til Dublin. Fint, bare en halv time å kjøre. Gode rom, fint bad, god velkomst. Kjempefin frokost.

Absolutely brilliant, as soon as you walk in the staff are friendly same as the locals, definitely gonna stay again, no complaints from me at all, the bed is comfortable aswell. Keep it up

The gentleman I think was maybe the manager he was excellent. Good service,quick check in, but the room and building is very tired and needs updating urgently. Toilet seat coming off toilet flusher hanging out, Bed was comfortable though,

The brewery are letting this place down (Renovat)
Lovely picturesque hotel as you drive up to it. Unfortunately Simple things like windowboxes with dead Flowers in them A dead Christmas tree. Still outside with a few Christmas bubbles still attached So first impression not so good, Arrived at reception, very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice looking dar With plenty of choice. The unfortunate part is the carpets definitely need changing. So first impression inside very good unfortunately that's Where it stops. Got given a room Approximately 80 pound. And it was awful, big black Staines on the carpet Holders missing off the wall in the bathroom, but brackets still attached to wall. The Toilet seat was dangerously loose Spoke to the friendly manager who was very apologetic and after first night Moved us To a second room, lovely room, but unfortunately, a little noisy. Could only stay in this room for one night( due to room being prebooked next day.) So third night moved us to another room which was Unbearably noisy because of An outside ventilator fan coming on every 5 minutes. So unfortunately, not much sleep in 3 days. So if you stay There be aware room "1" Not very sightly And dangerous toilet seat.room "4"very nice room "7" you won't get any sleep Because of the noise. (Take your plugs for that room) The place definitely needs upgrading and renovating for the Price you are paying on certain days ( But lovely and helpful, friendly staff.( Unfortunately it won't let me download pics)

Great Value Accommodation
Fabulous value for money accommodation. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room and its en suite bathroom was fabulous, with an extremely comfortable bed and all the right facilities. There was no pub noise or inappropriate behaviour on, or outside the premises, late at night from clients, which was pleasing to me. The only small remark is that I feel that the public areas could benefit from a bit of redecoration. However, I am aware that many pubs and hotels suffered during the pandemic, so that did not put me off, at all.

The staff in my opinion were very helpful and friendly. The food and beer good. However the room looked dirty and in need of a paint, the bathroom was mouldy around the bath and tiles. You really do get what you pay for. We stayed in room 10.

Not to happy
Unfortunately not too good, the food in the restaurant was really poor and the inside of the place dark and dismal and in need of refurbishment, carpets dirty. Oh and a smile would have gone down well.

We are a very old building with dark wood beams so the bar area is a lot darker than the restaurant. We are hoping for a refurbishment in the coming years to give the building a new lease of life. We hope we can welcome you back again in the future to see the improvements.

Welcoming 12 knights
Lovely, clean & tidy. Big bathroom with super shower. Able to open the windows to get fresh air in. Easy to find & plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

The check in was simple, car parking close to entrance. Our room was good with a bathtub, great to ease those tired travellers muscles. We loved the menu, basic food beautifully cooked and presented. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Sth Wales.

I'm not sure how the rating is so high from Hotels.com, it's nice place but needs updating. Everything is there, food, good beer, warm room, comfortable bed, just needs modernising. Probably wouldn't stay here again out of choice, the best bit was the breakfast, really nice.

Good stay
Clean, spacious room. Very friendly staff and good quality food. Would reccomend Only issue is the need to use the firs escape for leaving before 8am, may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

Nice place to stay.
I stayed one night while travelling for work. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and had the bonus of a bath as well as shower. I ate in the bar and the food was good and well priced. No problem with parking as there was a large car park.

We did not stay as it was so terrible. We are trying to claim our money back from you. It was disgusting there. You need to physically check your hotels before advertising them.
