With four private king suites, a custom bunk room sleeping 10, 5.5 bathrooms and gathering space for everyone, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Walk directly to the Gulf using your on-property boardwalk, cool off in the private pool, or enjoy panoramic water views from three levels of covered decks.

MAIN LEVEL

The open-concept main level brings everyone together with expansive Gulf views and plenty of comfortable seating. Gather for a movie on the 71-inch smart TV, enjoy family meals around the dining table, or start the morning with coffee at the extra-long kitchen island.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator, double ovens, cookware, dinnerware and the essentials needed to prepare meals for a large group. A separate ice machine makes it easy to keep your beach coolers filled.

A private king suite is located just behind the kitchen, offering convenient access to the main living areas and its own en suite bathroom.

SECOND LEVEL

The second level includes two private king suites, the custom bunk room and a full laundry room.

Both king suites feature private bathrooms and access to a shared Gulf-view screened deck. The bunk room is designed for children and teens, with four queen beds, two twin beds, individual reading lights, built-in storage and its own full bathroom with a bathtub.

The laundry room includes a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh beach towels and clothing throughout your stay.

THIRD-LEVEL NEST SUITE

The private third-floor king suite—known as “The Nest”—offers panoramic views of the dunes, beach and Gulf. It includes an en suite bathroom, comfortable sitting area, personal coffee station and direct access to a private covered balcony.

PRIVATE POOL AND BEACH ACCESS

Cool off after a day on the beach in your private 12' x 26' pool. The pool is five feet at its deepest point and surrounded by a safety fence.

Optional pool heat is available for $50 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation. The heater generally raises the water temperature approximately 10–15 degrees above the outdoor air temperature. Pool heat is most effective during the spring and fall and may not be effective during unusually cold winter weather.

An on-property boardwalk leads directly from the home to the Gulf, with no roads to cross and no need to load the car for a beach day. Beach chairs, beach towels and an outdoor shower are provided.

EXPLORE CAPE SAN BLAS

Sparrow’s Nest is located on the quieter south end of Cape San Blas, less than 1.5 miles from the pickleball courts at Salinas Park.

Explore the 11-mile Loggerhead Bike Trail, kayak along the coastline, go fishing, look for dolphins or catch your own scallops when in season. Local restaurants, shops, charter services and the waterfront community of Port St. Joe are within easy driving distance.

Cape San Blas offers a peaceful, uncrowded setting. The Cape Trading Post is approximately six minutes away, while larger grocery stores are available in Port St. Joe.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the reservation.

PETS
Up to two dogs weighing less than 50 pounds each are permitted. Dogs must be included in the reservation and are subject to the applicable pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless safely crated.

INTERNET AND CELLULAR SERVICE
The home includes fast 1 Gbps internet with mesh Wi-Fi. As with any coastal property, service may occasionally be interrupted by severe weather or provider outages. Cellular coverage varies by carrier.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Two exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property protection. One faces the driveway, and the other faces the front entrance. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

HEATING AND COOLING
The home has a thermostat on each level. Air-conditioning temperatures may not be set below 68°F. Exterior doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is operating.

WEATHER AND TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS
Reservations remain subject to Vrbo’s cancellation policy and any applicable platform protections.

Outside those provisions, refunds or credits are not provided for weather, red tide, beach conditions, voluntary evacuations, travel delays, road closures, illness, utility interruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a mandatory evacuation order affecting the property is issued by Gulf County or another governmental authority with jurisdiction, refunds or credits will be limited to the unused nights directly affected by that order.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.

HOST AVAILABILITY
We are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and monitor messages outside those hours for urgent property-related issues.
