Welcome to A Shore Delight, a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat perfect for families and small groups seeking comfort, relaxation, and memorable fun. Just moments from the beach, this beautifully appointed home features a private pool, a secluded backyard, and partial Gulf views, with coastal-inspired touches throughout.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Ground floor: Daybed with trundle (two twin beds), with easy access to the pool area
• Mid-level: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination and balcony access
• Mid-level: Two queen bedrooms-one has balcony access
• Smart TVs are available in every bedroom and the living room
The mid-level also has a full bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with outdoor dining and lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a fire pit. The private pool is available year-round, 24 hours a day. Pool heating is available October through March. The pool is heated to a comfortable 87°F for an additional fee ($70/day and must be heated for the entire stay - the pool heat fee is collected AFTER booking).
Rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax on either of the two decks, or use the upper-deck gas grill for a sunset meal. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach buggy, and beach and pool towels are provided.

KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOM
The open-concept top floor brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together, with partial Gulf views. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, cookware, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils.
The dining table seats six, with four additional counter stools.

COMFORT AND FAMILY AMENITIES
The home includes Wi-Fi, a workspace in the queen bedroom with balcony access, a 75-inch smart HDTV in the living room, and smart TVs in each bedroom. You’ll also find central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, with the exception of the bottom-floor bedroom, which has a mini-split with cooling and heating. Ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, and 2 queen bedrooms.

LOCATION
Situated in beautiful Port St Joe Beach, the home is centrally located just minutes from both Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe. Cape San Blas is an easy 20 minute drive from the house and grocery stores, shopping, etc., are all within a quick 10 minute drive.

PETS WELCOME
The home is pet-friendly - up to 2 ADULT dogs that are house-trained and crate-trained, weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). ALL Pets must be included in the reservation, and the $175 pet fee PER pet, per stay, is DUE at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present.

PARKING
• 3-4 mid size vehicles parked in the paved driveway
• A boat will fit - please check with owner before booking
• No parking on the grass (due to a sump pump)
• No street parking

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We encourage ALL guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please protect your vacation investment.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will access the home through a unique door code. The code is provided 24 hours before check-in and/or no later than the morning of check-in.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION
• No smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including vaping, hookah, and illegal drugs.
• Pest control: The home receives routine pest-control service, but insects may still occasionally be present. Palmetto bugs, for example, are common in Florida and may seek cooler shelter during hot weather. Please keep doors and windows closed and store food in sealed containers. Refunds are not provided for the presence of insects.
• Respectful use: Guests are expected to respect the home, its contents, and the house rules. Parties are not permitted. Please also be mindful of quiet hours and your neighbors.
• Private use: The entire house is yours during your stay.
• Minimum booking age: The person who books must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the entire stay.
• Security cameras: ONE Ring camera is installed at the front door facing the driveway. They have audio and video recording capabilities and is used for security and check-in/check-out purposes. Do not cover, unplug, or otherwise tamper with the camera. There are no other cameras on the property.
• Severe weather: We follow local guidance and officials’ instructions during tropical storms, hurricanes, and other severe weather events. Our cancellation policy applies if an active evacuation order is in effect. Any other decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
