This charming 3-level stilted home is perfect for entertaining with a private sitting spa nestled underneath the house and an outdoor firepit. A sizeable mudroom stores wet beach gear, while the outdoor shower helps rinse off sandy feet. An in-home elevator makes loading and unloading luggage a breeze.

The first floor welcomes guests with an expansive great room, high ceilings, and tile flooring. The vibrant pops of lime green throughout perfectly complement the home’s exterior. A spacious sectional and 2 armchairs in the living area face a 65" TV and electric fireplace. A well-equipped and stylish kitchen featuring premium Maytag appliances, elegant granite countertops, and a 4-stool breakfast bar is ideal for home-cooked meals. The attached Butler's pantry provides an extra oven and Keurig coffee maker. Friends and family can dine at the 8-seat dinner table inside or dine alfresco on the balcony. We loved it here, big enough for our family of 10 with 7 adults and 3 kids!! Very clean and beds were comfortable we will stay here again in the future. I do recommend that you call the host and not text, it was faster and more accurate with information about check in.

Mermaid house

Was a fabulous house! Perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. Loved the bottom floor when you needed to get out of the sun.Only complaint was misrepresentation of the beach in front of the house. But was able to sit on the left of the house. Lost a lot of beach during this stay. Hopefully the beach will come back as we would love to come again

Annual Family Vacay - EXCELLENT

House was great, so so fun! super clean! Balconies for days! ON THE BEACH! Close to everything we needed. Loved the decor! Was spread out enough to not feel like we were on top of each other. We had three families stay...from grandparents to four grandchildren. It was great! Will definitely keep this one filed away for another vacation to come back to!

Mermaid Lodge is Great!

This is a great house and is excellent for large families or multiple couples. This is our second time staying in this house, and both experiences have been wonderful. It is spacious and clean, and only steps from the beach. The multiple decks offer stunning views of the gulf as well!

Just book it!

Property as advertised! Loved having a beverage fridge and the mermaid lounge was terrific for movie night! Deck is on the beach…..no need for beach gear unless you want to sit in the sand. Plenty of fabulous food options close to the house. Our only complaint was not having warm water most of our stay.

Very Disappointed

Listing should say expect the possibly of water pressure and hot water issues due to the fact that water is pumped onto this area from off the cape. Locals said this is normal and the property manger agreed and said it’s not our fault..it’s an area water problem. No hot water for 3 days made a not so fun beach vacation. This listing was not as advertised from the water pressure to the beach frontage. There are 10 condo units next door have no beach frontage so they share the small beach frontage right in front of your private steps. Very misleading pictures as this beach frontage area has eroded since hurricane Michael. I had to look it up because the pictures were so different. The house is amazing but my family came for the beach.

Awesome stay for scalloping

Great stay. The house is well located and fun to stay in. Would highly recommend. Only hiccup was that the battery in the lock system quit working so we could not get into house till 9:30 pm. Not a big deal since we found a good oyster bar near by.

Great .... other than elevator

The stay and property were great! The elevator quit multiple times, and the property manager got a little hasty with me, assuming it was something we did, which I assured her it was not. She did not have a caring attitude only hasty when I explained I had a bad knee and the elevator was a necessity. .The Elevator Contractor came and verified it was nothing to do with us and was extremely nice. We would consider staying again since we loved the location and the view but not sure due to the issues we had. The home is beautiful and huge, and very clean.

Great house for multiple families!

This house was beautiful and well equipped. Plenty of room for our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids). Right on the beach and you don't even need a cart to bring your gear in and out every day as it is so close! The house is updated with a lot of nice features and the elevator was great to have to load and unload.
