PARKING: There is a parking spot right next to the house, and another parking spot in the garage. Additional parking is also available in nearby parking facility. There is no space for trailers or RVs inside the gated community, these can be parked in the boat ramp area to the West. Boats can be docked in the canal for 72 hours straight, you may take it to the ocean and bring back for docking it longer than 72 hours.

THE ABODE: This spacious beach house can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or even a romantic retreat. The interior is thoughtfully designed, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance. The living areas are tastefully furnished, allowing you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Large windows and sliding doors open up to the fresh breeze from the ocean, creating an immediate connection to the natural beauty outside. There are 4 bedrooms on 3 levels, with a total of 5 beds. The garage is your game paradise for evening entertainment (note that there is no AC in the game room), with Pool Table, Foosball, Ping Pong and Arcades. There is more fun inside with XBox and board games to keep everyone busy. The back patio has charcoal grill and picnic table, and is right on the canal with your boat dock. Cooler, beach wagon and chairs provided, please return them to the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs. Drip and Keurig coffee maker and basic spices provided. Starter set of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.

POOL: All guests need wristbands to use the pool area. Wristbands are provided in the unit, please return all wristbands to the house before checkout to avoid a $100 fine.

BEACH: The beach is only 100 steps, we provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, buckets and an ice cooler for your convenience. The swimming pool and hot tub are in the resort and shared. They are both available 24 hours.

BOATS: You can launch your boat using a boat ramp in about 0.2miles from the house up west on US-98. The boat dock behind this house has an 18-hour limit. To dock your boat for longer than 18 hours you would have to take it out and then bring it back to break the 18-hour dock limit.

WEDDINGS: All of our beaches are public property. If you conduct your wedding on the beach or on public grounds, a permit from the City of Mexico Beach is required with a simple form available. Either an ordained minister or a Florida notary public may perform a wedding ceremony in the State of Florida. Mexico Beach and our surrounding communities offers some of the finest wedding-related service providers you will find.

CHILD FRIENDLY: Pack ‘n Play, High Chair, Child Gate, Plastic plates and bowls.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Please be reminded that quiet hours need to be observed between 10PM-7AM. This is a residential area, so no playing music inside and outside the house, or making any loud noises during these hours. There are noise ordinances enforced by the City and you will incur fines up to $1000 for violations.

PETS: Pets are allowed, select number of pets during booking. $125 per pet.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. Contact host if you are under 25 years of age.
