Better than the pictures!

I saw the pictures, read the reviews and was still blown away by this place! Literally everything you’ll need for your vacation plus more. Contacting the host was never an issue, nothing was. The owner literally thought of everything for their guests.

Top notch stay

We loved this house. It was decor was beautiful. The house was equipped with everything you could need. We spent many hours in the pool and sitting on the patio. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back next year.

Exceptional Home

This home was perfect for us. It was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, utensils and cookware. We had everything we needed or wanted for kitchen appliances small and large. The pool has a wonderful area for sitting in the shade and an area for enjoying the sun. Their was plenty amount of nice linens and towels. TV's in every room even in pool sitting area. We have rented thru VRBO for 10 years and this home is the best for the price!

My stay at Anna's

Anna was very nice. The house was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The pool area was very nice. Water was very warm and relaxing. The pool toys, beach chairs, and sand toys were nice. The water in the master bedroom shower wasn't very warm. The pillows were a bit flat and lumpy. The Tiki bar was a very nice touch. However, there was no blender to be found in the hpuse and I was very much looking forward to having a margarita at the tiki bar. The security camera made me feel safer. All in all a very nice place.

Everything you will ever need is in this home.

This home is beautiful and clean, the pictures were accurate. My boys loved the ping pong table, darts, and of course the pool. Walmart and Publix is just minutes away. We walked around the neighborhood in the morning. The neighbors were friendly. Very quiet area. Anna was very communicative and responsive. Book this property, you will not be disappointed.

Great Stay with Family

We stayed here with my parents and my two boys (3 & 5). Anna was wonderful to communicate with and got back to us quickly both leading up to our trip and during our stay with any questions we had. The house was beautifully set up and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit with my boys! It was also wonderful that they had so many pool supplies and beach supplies for us to use and we didn’t have to buy or bring much for either of those trips. I would recommend this location to others for sure.

Great house!

Everything looks exactly like the pictures! It was very clean and had almost everything we needed! This was the first house we stayed at where there wasn't a long list of "chores" for you to do while you were there or before you left. You can also tell that Anna takes pride in her house, everything is in fantastic shape! The bed was by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I have only two complaints I wish the cement around the pool was a little more level we (adults) had a couple of slips when it was wet. And number two I wish I had book for longer than 8 days!!

Awesome host & property

This property has it all-nicely furnished; tastefully decorated; beautiful lanai; heated pool but best of all an attentive owner! Anna responded promptly to any questions I had and contacted me a few times during my stay to make sure everything was going well. She also made me aware when the pool man, gardeners or handyman were coming to the property. This is one of the nicest homes I have rented through VRBO!

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Am Pool kann man sehr gut relaxen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die Terrasse/Patio. Da Port Richey sehr zentral liegt, sind Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater und Orlando in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder.

Couldn’t have found a better place!

Anna’s house is absolutely perfect. We were visiting from Alaska to reunite my father with his family that he had lost touch with for 43 years. The memories that were made will last our lifetimes and helped to make up for a lifetime of missed chances. Thank you, again. We are forever appreciative.

EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT & MORE! HANDS DOWN AWESOME STAY! NO DOUBT, WE'LL BE BACK!!

This was an awesome place for our family of 5 to stay at! VERY spacious! All stocked with nearly everything you could need! It was AMAZING! Owner, Anna, was very pleasant and great to communicate with. At the beginning, when we had booked the stay, we had asked for some recommendations from her as a local & area owner regarding places to go or things to do, etc. as everyone tells you that Google doesn't show you nearly anything about a place versus being there yourself or talking to the locals. She gave us some great ideas!! (Thanks Anna!) She checked in every few days to make sure that we had all that we needed or to ask if there was any questions we had about anything as well as kept us updated on if someone would be stopping by the house to clean the pool(we stayed for extended time) so we wouldn't be scared or startled. The pool area had all the pool toys you could need in a pool and something for all age groups to enjoy. The pool area was entirely screened in, which we loved so we didn't have to deal with bugs/critters or bug bites. (I gotta say, we all LOVED seeing the cute and adorable little geckos in the landscaping & some climbing the outside of the screens. They were quite intriguing). Same thing for non-pool related games & other entertainment around the house for people to keep busy with, which we didn't need too much at the house to keep us busy at first as we had a pretty tight itinerary for 75% of the beginning of our stay as we wanted to do lots of sightseeing as much as possible!! We contacted her to let her know about a little minor problem we had at the rental that we encountered during our stay and she was awesome about it, she gave us some details, and no problems thereafter. Near the end of our stay, she asked us for any suggestions on anything needed at the rental or that we felt would be nice to have at her VRBO rental to make it better accommodating for future guests and for our next visit back LOL. Anna was on top of it and actually had purchased those 2-3 recommended items within a couple hours of us leaving and shared a few photos of those purchased items with us for a good laugh! YOU SHALL BE IMPRESSED WITH YOUR OVERALL STAY HERE! We shall return some day for a 2nd stay for sure! Highly recommend you check this place out for your next stay! P.S. BEST BEDS WE HAVE EVERRRRRRRRRRR SLEPT ON IN OUR LIVES! OUR CHILDREN EVEN SAID THE SAME THING MULTIPLE TIMES DURING OUR STAY!

Great place!

This property was just as displayed in the listing. It was super clean and organized when we arrived! We had young kids and it was the perfect size pool. The house had everything we needed- beach towels, toys/games, pool toys, beach bag, toiletries etc. There was just enough to keep kids busy. We had activities planned outside the home but it was a great place to come back and swim and let the kids hang out. We had a great time! The owner was very responsive as well.

5 star rating, no regrets

This VRBO exceeded all my expectations. This was a fabulous place to stay, the pictures were accurate however I felt in person it was so much more and very pleased. The property was very clean, had every appliance we needed, no need to bring beach blankets, or beach accessories as everything was already there. The pool was FANTASTIC!! We elected to heat the pool which was worth every penny. The kids absolutely loved everything about the house as well from the pool, to the games on the tv, to the surprise ping pong table in the garage. The bedroom were very accurate, the beds were super comfortable, plenty of extra bedding if needed as well as towels. I can't talk up enough about this house, it was fantastic.

Such a sweet house!

I was so impressed with the listing! The home was accurately portrayed online and the house was SPOTLESS when we checked in! Smelled so clean and felt like a warm welcome home! We enjoyed the warm pool and the ping pong table. The entertainment and the amenities kept us busy and we had such a wonderful time!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures actually don’t do it Justice. The interior is so comfortable, from supplies to decor to beautiful calming colors. You can’t help but to relax as soon as you walk in. There is so much to do for every age, all supplies are needed. The garage is even finished for additional hangout/game space. All the appliances worked great and anything we needed other than food and drinks was there. Any stores or restaurant you could want were close by. All doors, especially the sliding glass doors have multiple locking measures in place so very safe so children don’t sneak out. Great place to stay. We really enjoyed it.

Nice place to stay

The house itself was very clean and updated. The owner checked in frequently. We did have an issue with running out of toilet paper as we had 7 guests, 6 of which were female, and initially were told if we ran out we had to go buy ourselves this basic amenity. The owner did end of refunding us for the cost in the end. Also, the owner does watch security cameras on the property and will charge extra if you are above 6 guests. There is also several notes around the house not to turn the thermostat below 75 even in the humid Florida heat. Property was nice and what we expected but the owner did not come off as having much experience with hospitality.

Clean and Comfortable!

This home had all the details to make for a relaxing and fun vacation. The finish throughout is newer and very tastefully done. We were able to travel from a cold climate with just a backpack and nothing more because every amenity we needed was already there. The pool area was also well stocked with floaties and a beautiful patio area to enjoy. It is just as the pictures show. We liked the location due to proximity to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater/St. Pete’s, Hudson, etc. We also enjoyed being so close to the Werner Salt Springs State Park for a morning walk. The neighborhood is not well manicured but, felt safe and mostly quiet. The owners of this property have done a fabulous job creating a very private oasis to enjoy. We enjoyed Sam’s Beach Bar on the water within a short drive, took in the Sunset at Pine Island Beach, drove the coast along Clearwater, Dunedin, St Pete’s, Gulfport (Highly recommend Gulfport Brewery!). We also took an Uber and checked out the Distillery in Tarpon and ate at Dimitri’s...Opa! We stayed with family (2 couples) but, this would also be a very family friendly property as well.

A visit in Port Richey

We recently stayed here for Thanksgiving. Leading up to the day of arrival, we received warm and welcoming messages from the owner which influenced further anticipation of our trip. The property is just as it is pictured on VRBO, newly renovated, very clean, and well-stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. There was even a bottle of champagne in the fridge. A couple of days into the trip, we were asked a favor by the owners to add more water to the pool which we willingly did. Later that afternoon, I received another message from the owner, stating " I noticed you had extra guests stay at the house. Having extra guests is not allowed without prior agreement." The owners go on to say how it's clearly stated and that we need to pay an extra fee via text message. I began to panic because I was certain I made the reservation for four and not two and it’s two days before Thanksgiving. I searched for my reservation and sure enough, it was for four and not two. If you are going to accuse renters of something, I strongly encourage gathering all the details. On Thanksgiving, I received another message about remembering to turn the garage light off. Having a rental property myself, I would never think to bother renters about turning lights off, especially on a holiday. I also find it very strange and disturbing that the owners were spending Thanksgiving monitoring the surveillance. As stated in the beginning, the house is newly renovated and very clean, however, what isn't newly renovated and very clean is the neighborhood. It's a far cry from family-friendly and it's very rundown. Being spied on and bothered just about every day with messages is something I will not sign up for again.

Very Comfortable Stay

Everything in the home is new and the owner provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. Unlike other properties that have a hodge-podge of old dishes, silverware, towels, etc., this house had new, matching sets of everything you'll need. Our kids loved the pool and all of the toys/floats that were already there. The neighborhood is fine, but there's not much to do in and around Port Richey.

Awesome home away from home

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is nicely decorated, lots of upgrades, cute and trendy decor! Very immaculate, probably one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've stayed in. It had all the comforts of home and was well-stocked with everything we needed...kitchen supplies, towels, bedding. We loved that there were many different entertainment options for activities inside the house and out around the pool. The heated pool stays sunny all day, with plenty of floaties and pool noodles available. The bistro lighting around the pool was a wonderful touch, especially for swimming at night. Even though the house appears small at first glance, there was plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet space to chill out away from the rest of the group, if needed. I can understand the previous reviews about the neighborhood being "meh". Many of the other houses appear to be a little run-down; however the neighborhood was quiet and we felt completely safe. Once you step inside this house though, it's like you are in a vacation bubble and you don't even notice the surrounding neighborhood anyway. The location is convenient, only a short drive to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. Anna was a fantastic host, checking in occasionally to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!
