Ideal for a small family beach vacation or a peaceful and romantic getaway for two, this pristine home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and ocean views. Right outside, you'll find a soothing, private hot tub, while upstairs, you'll find a furnished balcony perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sights and sounds with your morning coffee.

What's nearby:
AquaVista looks out upon the spectacular Pacific Ocean and the port of Port Orford, home to a rare dolly dock and fishing fleet. Within walking distance you can easily reach most of the restaurants in town, as well as the dock for fresh seafood, local galleries, and more. There are different beaches close by as well, so be sure to head down to the sand to beachcomb for a few Port Orford agates.

This was a cute little place for our family to stay. The only thing was it was dirty, you could tell that the baseboards and floors were not ever really cleaned. We saw hair, food stains and splatters in the kitchen area. Everything else seemed nice, comfortable bed, wonderful views, nice jacuzzi that we used and comfortable living room. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Loved the town and local agate beaches.

This home is in very bad condition.

Home needs significant repairs before it should ever be rented again. By far the most poorly maintained place I have ever stayed in.

Pleasant enough

House overlooks the Pacific and Port Orford and is a short walk to restaurants. Upstairs bedroom has a great view and with the sliding door open the sound of the surf is pleasant. The huge bed was comfy. Closet space was nil though. We only used the microwave and it worked fine and it seems that the kitchen has all that one would need to do actual cooking. No ice maker in the freezer so bring a bag if you use it. Security lock on the front door requires too many digits (ten I think) for easy entry. Spa was @ 104 degrees which is way hot for most and although the spa looks covered it is not rain proof. Communications with the "owner" was spotty as this place is owned by a large management company. I took 1 to 2 days for responses. Check-out was @ 11 but we had the cleaning gal asking us when we would be out @ 10:30 or so. Overall the place needs some serious maintenance as the blinds are in bad shape and the shower/tub was installed sloppily.

Great location and View!

This was a cute place conveniently located overlooking the port and beaches close by. Nice finishes and comfortable furnishings. We walked to restaurants and shops. Only draw back was we arrived late and found a note about a boil order in affect. Would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water provided to get started and a packet of coffee in the morning. There was dish soap, new sponge, TP, and toiletries and detergent for the washer. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Fantastic view from the bed

Very cute little cottage part way up a hill with a fantastic view of the bay from either the balcony or just propped up on pillows while laying in bed. A public access beach is two short blocks away. Beach is very dog friendly and not crowded at all. The town is very sleepy but there are a few good places to eat. The crazy Norwegian serves really good fish and chips, and the Redfish restaurant has excellent food and a great view. Make sure to get reservations though.

DESTROYED BBQ

Our stay was amazing, however we planned to grill steaks for dinner, only to arrive and find grills completely destroyed beyond use. The house was absolutely beautiful.

Serious water damage and lack of care

Nicely decorated with a beautiful view. This property has been severely neglected. There is severe water damage to the front windows and blinds, damaged blinds, gaps in flooring etc. The cleanliness really got us unfortunately. There where white stains on the comforters, layers of dirt on top of eye level items, cob webs hanging, dirty base boards and when we pulled out the sofa bed it was covered with food. We took pictures and tried to let VACASA and VRBO know but we got zero response except repeated requests for high reviews via text. In addition the BBQ in the ad did not exist.

Gorgeous Views!

There's nothing like waking up in a plush king sized bed and seeing the ocean right out your window. The views are just beautiful. The place is very cute and perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The living room is cozy and you can't help watching the gentle waves rather than the TV. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, including lots of towels and some extra for the hot tub. Good solid WiFi for streaming shows or if you need to get any work done. Walking distance to the beach, some cute shops and restaurants with a full sized grocery store close by. The only downsides were the vertical blinds in the bedroom need to be replaced. You can't really close them so I felt sort of awkward trying to get dressed without cars and people walking their dogs having a show. I think most people were looking out at the water rather than into our window. The floors could also use some extra attention. The place next door is also a popular rental and had a lot of activity with people coming and going just a few feet away. For the most part it was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the upstairs deck. Whether gazing at the water or the stars, it was the place to be.

House was great. Very clean.

We specifically chose this place because of the view and the hot tub. Last time we stayed it was working and was wonderful. This time we got in to a cold tub. It hadn't been turned on, and was not ready for us to use during our stay. This was very disappointing.

Cozy with a view

Comfortable house for a couple or, like in our case, small family. Other than the incredible view, one of the best things about this cabin was the bed upstairs. Unfortunately good beds at rentals seem to be a rarity - there's always a weird creaky bed frame or saggy mattress. Not the case here, WAY TO GO on that, super comfortable king sized bed.. Loved the location of this also, a quick walk down to the beautiful beach where you really could walk for hours exploring tidepools. Highly recommend the hike up Mt. Humbug (6 miles but well worth it, it was stunning). I was a little iffy on the cleanliness of the hot tub so I'd recommend confirming beforehand that it will be serviced between guests. But other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Cute and clean.

This place was much cuter than it appeared in the pictures. Very comfortable, a great view and close enough to town to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of agate hunting and shopping. Would recommend it for two. Might be a bit crowded for four.

Beautiful Views, easy to find, small town get-away!

This is a lovely nautical themed two story house. The bathroom is on the first floor, and bedroom on the 2nd. Enjoyed the views and hot tub. TV's are great, two smart TV's. Kitchen could use a few more extra's. It was a fun visit to the windy Oregon Coast. Keep in mind many places are closed on Mondays and/or Tuesdays.

Wonderful Oregon Coast Retreat!

My finacé and I stayed 2 nights at this great little house. Everything was clean, comfortable and in excellent working order. It's a very cute property - better than the pictures! The ocean view from the living room and upstairs deck (off the bedroom) is lovely. The outdoor hot tub is under the deck at the front of the house, but the street isn't busy and it felt private. (The bathroom also has a whirlpool tub, which we didn't use.) The King bed was very comfortable, like a big magic cloud. The kitchen was well-appointed and very functional. On one of the nights we were there, we walked to the Crazy Norwegian, a very cute and bustling fish and chips place, for a wonderful dinner just 2 blocks away. Highly recommended!
