Fox Haven is a completely private 2-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for a relaxing Florida getaway. The home features a comfortable living room, a formal dining room filled with natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, with a nearby bathroom offering a shower/tub combination. An in-home washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outside, enjoy your own screened-in swimming pool and fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. The pool is not heated.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces. Free driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Several nearby parks offer opportunities for fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and enjoying Florida`s waterfront scenery.

• Riverwalk Park – Approximately 5–10 minutes away. A family-friendly waterfront destination featuring scenic walking paths, fishing areas, a playground, splash pad, picnic spaces, and kayak and paddleboard access.

• Port Orange Causeway Park & Boat Ramp – Approximately 5–10 minutes away. Ideal for boating and fishing, with public boat ramps, fishing piers, picnic areas, and beautiful views of the Halifax River.

• Spruce Creek Park – Approximately 10–15 minutes away. A peaceful nature destination featuring scenic boardwalks, walking trails, an observation tower, wildlife viewing, and a canoe and kayak launch.

ATLANTIC OCEAN BEACH ACCESS

Ready for a beach day? Several public beach access points are a short drive away.

• Wilbur Beach – Approximately 10–15 minutes away. A quieter stretch of coastline that`s great for relaxing, swimming, beach walks, and enjoying the Atlantic shoreline.

• Toronita Avenue Beach Park – Approximately 10–15 minutes away. A convenient public beach access with parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, and a pedestrian crosswalk to the beach. This is a non-driving beach area.

• Winterhaven Park – Approximately 15–20 minutes away in Ponce Inlet. A beautiful beach park offering restrooms, showers, accessible beach access, and picnic pavilions.

Fox Haven is less than 2 miles from the Halifax River and approximately 4 miles from the Atlantic beaches. A vehicle is recommended for visiting the parks and beach access points. Parking fees may apply at certain county beach access locations, so check current rates before heading out.

Whether you prefer a relaxing beach day, fishing along the river, or exploring local nature trails, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the beautiful Florida coast during your stay!

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms and bathrooms, the full kitchen, living and dining areas, in-home washer and dryer, screened-in pool, and fenced backyard. The property is completely private, so you won`t be sharing the home or outdoor spaces with other guests.

We`re available by message throughout your stay if you have questions or need assistance. We want you to have a comfortable, enjoyable visit while giving you the privacy to relax and make yourself at home.

We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues may not disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues may require immediate attention.
