Business stay in Port Moresby.
First class hotel that has been recently built which means everything is still new and shiny. The lighting in the room was amazing and plenty of plug points for businessman. Service was good but the meals were expensive. Free and efficient airport shuttle.

The room was clean and modern and very confortable. However, the carpet was threadbare and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Our only issue was the wi-fi. It is free and you have to join Hilton Honours to access it. You can only connect three devices and if you disconnect you cannot reconnect. The Summit bar was very good.

Got COVID before travel so was unable to fly internationally to Port Moresby and use the accommodations. Asked for a refund as the cancellation was due to illness. No refund given. Other hotels gave a refund with less notice than this one.

Unpleasant stay at Hilton.
Front lobby manager is very rude. Lots of miscommunication between Hotels.com and Hilton. My reservation on arrival was told to be cancelled. I have prepaid my room. On the last 2nd night stay, they log me out of my room and even removed all my belongings from the room. Later , they realised it's a mistake and give me my belongings. I lost some personal belongings in the process. It's nothing expensive and I didn't want to persue. The woman lobby manager was very unfriendly and rude. I am not sure she has some problem with Hotels.com but take it out on me.

I booked the presidential/chairman suite 2 weeks in advance. When i arrived to checkin at 1425, i was told my room was not ready. I waited about 20 mins before i was told it was ready. When i got to the room, it smelled musty like it hasn't been aired out for quite some time, and the entire suite was not cleaned. It did not smell welcoming at all. So I requested for the room to be cleaned, and after waiting almost 2 hours the room was still not cleaned to standard.Also the aircon in the bedroom was not blowing cold air the entire stay and there were cobwebs in the air vent that i requested to be cleaned prior but wasn't. The waitress that served us at the restaurant forgot to bring my dinner and drink order for another guest because she was distracted due to her flirting with one of our guest. We had to remind her several times for the drink order and food so after waiting over an hour for my food i decided to take my dinner to go. Overall i had a bad experience
