Single-family house situated waterfront on a deep canal in Port Isabel just off the bridge to South Padre Island. Enjoy fishing, crabbing , and paddling right from the backyard! This immaculate property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private boat lift and dock, a fully fenced yard, two levels of spacious deck, a two-car garage, and plenty of space to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. You're welcome to bring your boat & use our private dock. House is centrally located in Port Isabel -- it is within 5 min driving distances to supermarkets, shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and much more! Queen Isabella Causeway, the bridge to South Padre Island, is less than half a mile away.
The house has two levels. Open floor plan on the second floor features a spacious kitchen with all SS appliances, dining, and living area. The large living area gives access to a large fully covered deck that overlooks the canal and Queen Isabella Causeway. Enjoy the abundance of marine life including squadrons of pelicans, occasional dolphins, countless interesting marine birds, and fish jumping right in front of you.
The master bedroom, guest bedroom #1, two full bathrooms, and laundry are on the second floor. Water softener and filtered water at every sink – no need to buy bottled water! The Master suite features a King size bed, a twin bed for the little one, smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Attached is a private Master bathroom with a large, jacuzzi tub and a standalone shower.
Two additional bedrooms are on the first floor, which share a full bathroom and a small living area with a refrigerator and sink. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #3 is the bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and a trundle bed, sleeping 4.
For a large group, the living area on the second floor has a twin Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa that comes with a pull-out double bed, sleeping 3 in total comfortably.
All beddings are provided for the beds that you would need -- sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and comforters/quilts. Plenty of bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toilet paper, trash bags. Four Smart TVs in the house with Netflix and Prime Video. Two refrigerators. Two coffee makers, one traditional and one Keurig. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutting boards, non-stick pans of different sizes, baking pans, pyrex baking dishes, cooking utensils, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, and silverware. High speed internet, two-zone air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout.
The property has a washer and dryer on the second floor for guest use. The garage can park two cars. Property driveway can park 2 more cars. Additional parking space to the right of the house can accommodate two more vehicles at ease.
House has exterior cameras for security monitoring. No cameras inside the house.
Our nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate the exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply if the number of guests exceed 6.
We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Maximum four (4) pets allowed on premises. The booking platform charges $100 if you indicate pet at booking and that covers one pet only. If you have more than one pets approved by the owners, you will receive separate payment request to collect the pet fee for additional pets. Clean after your pets or additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Early check in or late check out is subject to a fee (exact amount depending on your requested check in and check out time) and it is only possible when the house is not booked the same day.
No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $500 damage fee and eviction from the house without refund.
The number of guests is limited to 15 at any time of the stay and the number of vehicles are limited to 6. Do not park on neighbor’s yard or block their driveway; violation will result in parking ticket or vehicle towed. No loud music or noises after 9 pm. The property is located on the waterfront. There are dropoffs by the water that is not childproof. Please read all rules prior to booking.

Place is well taken care of with nice accommodations however, the hot water was only warm and the boat lift
is undersized since our 23 foot boat was about 15 inches or so too wide to fit. Slings are a better option for size consideration. Enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood is quiet

Had a wonderful relaxing long weekend. Even got to see dolphins right off deck.
Home is nicely kept and clean. Well stocked appliances, utensils, and even ice makers. Filtered water a plus. Used the soaking tub and since no tub at home left some lavender epsom salts for someone else to enjoy 😁
Recommend baby gate for top of stairs with pets or kids. My dog wanted to police up and down so gate would be handy but hey she was doing her job!
Only things that would’ve made this exceptional would be having gas grill available and use of elevator because those stairs are steep carrying all your stuff up. Understand not having it available but could’ve been a great option
We would definitely consider returning
The only problems I had with the rental was that some of the utensils were still dirty. Also, some of the pots, pans and cooking utensils are old and need to be replaced, but they did get the job done. My wife found a little mold or mildew around the kitchen sink area. Also, the balcony door off the kitchen opened once when we first arrived, and it was very hard to open. The lock was very hard to turn but I got it opened. When we wanted to go back out on the balcony the lock wouldn't allow you to turn it all the way for the door to unlock. You can still access the kitchen balcony from the bottom floor patio because there are stairs that lead to the kitchen balcony from the bottom floor patio. But it was a hassle, so we didn't use the kitchen balcony. Other than that the house was fine. I thought it was nice of the owner to let us park my truck in the garage so it can be secure. I've stayed at plenty of rental homes and they usually have the garage locked and it's off limits.

Last Stay
We have stayed at this house previously, this time upon arrival we noticed right away the up keep has not been maintained. The house is settling, the stairs outside coming up to second floor swaying and warped, siding in the back fallen off, inside the house the carpet stained looked dirty, the kitchen table up stairs was dirty actually had food on it, the showers up stairs had hair and “black” stuff on the floor. We had to clean the restrooms before we could use them! Massive water roaches throughout the house! We paid a lot of money to stay here, the owner did not even offer to refund anything! Oh wait the upstairs AC went out 8-9pm at night it was 83 degrees and we had our grandkids with us! The owner did get this fixed! Needless to say we will not be using this house again.
Place was nice and had plenty of parking like that. It had garage parking as well. The dock in the back was nice and both balconies upper and lower was nice and relaxing.
This property is more than what we expected. We might have missed it in the listing but we were surprised that it has an elevator. It made easier for us to bring things up and down. My most favorite part is the boat pier in the back of the property. I enjoyed every minute of fishing in there. There was no boring moment even just staying in the property. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.
I absolutely loved everything about this this place. It felt like home, you got everything you need there. It was very clean and very amazingly decorated. Will be staying here again in the near future.
Very functional property that provided all the amenities of home while on vacation. Conveniently located on waterway for easy pick up for boating excursions. We loved it.
This house was very well stocked with all the things you need- pans, dishes, soap, beach towels, paper products etc. Beds were very comfortable. House was super clean and super close to bridge to cross to island. Dock was nice to fish from and of course, boat slip was an added benefit. Takes about 5-8 min to get out into open water. We saw dolphins on a couple outings!!!! One thing about house, there really are 3 bedrooms and one living space downstairs with bunk beds. If you have kids that will sleep there it may not be a big deal because there is not much privacy. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, this is a great house to rent and we’ll definitely be back!!
