This easygoing two-bedroom cottage is built for slow mornings on the water and active days at the resort. Upstairs, a covered balcony is the perfect spot to grill, relax on the glider, and look out toward SpaceX's Starbase across the water.



Inside, the home is bright and comfortable, with an open living room, a full kitchen, a sunny dining room, and an enclosed sunroom that frames the water. • Self check-in is available via a lockbox at the top of the entry stairs.

• Free parking is available on the premises in the covered carport and driveway.

Heron by the Sea is in Long Island Village, a gated waterfront resort community in Port Isabel on the Texas Gulf Coast. The community sits along the Laguna Madre, with channels, a marina, and resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a par-3 golf course, and tennis and pickleball courts. South Padre Island's beaches are a short drive across the Queen Isabella Causeway.



Getting Around:

• A vehicle is recommended for your stay, and free parking is available on-site.

• South Padre Island is about a ten-minute drive across the Queen Isabella Causeway.

• Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is about 30 minutes away.

• Port Isabel's shops, restaurants, and lighthouse are just minutes from the community.



Other Things to Note:

• Due to ongoing construction and occasional water line repairs in the community, temporary water outages may occur during your stay. Most are restored within an hour, though some may last longer.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

• This is an elevated home with exterior stairs to the entry and interior stairs between levels.

• Only registered guests are permitted.

• Your booking includes access to Long Island Village resort amenities. Gate cards and wristbands are picked up at the Welcome Center.
