You will also find a small study room for your use while staying - hopefully it will stay unused!

The fantastic kitchen space is a dream with an abundance of counter space for whatever you decide to whip up. There is a double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and its own butler's pantry for your use. Just off the kitchen you will find a powder room and separate laundry area with both washing machine and dryer for your use. Outside you will find a BBQ with outdoor dining area and grassy space. Head upstairs to the 5 spacious bedrooms. The first is a Queen room and the second has a set of bunks. Then head into the master room which comes with King bed, its own ensuite and walk in robes. Outside this room is a small sitting area with TV, perfect for the kids to settle down in the evening or if you want to hide away for a little bit of quiet time. The fourth room is another Queen with built in robes and the final bedroom contains a Queen and a set of bunks. Upstairs is the main bathroom which contains both walk in shower and separate bath.

This really is a fantastic home just perfect for your family holiday or a holiday with friends. You are just a few minutes walk to East Beach and ideal for those who love a surf. Otherwise you are just down the road from the Surf club and patrolled beach area. If you tire of the beach head into town and enjoy coffee from one of the many amazing cafes Port Fairy boasts, or dinner out at any one of the restaurants offering variety and quality.
