This Port Clinton 4-bedroom puts you minutes from the Jet Express to Put-in-Bay, Lakeview Park's sandy beach and downtown's waterfront restaurants. Two bunk rooms and two queen rooms sleep 8, the kitchen has a dishwasher and Keurig, and up to 4 dogs are welcome. Island days, beach afternoons, game nights with a retro Nintendo: an easy home base for the whole family.



The Space:

A renovated 4-bedroom home in Port Clinton, set up for families who want to spend their days on Lake Erie and their evenings in the backyard. Room for 8, and up to 4 dogs are welcome.



🛋 Living Area

The bright, open living room has a large sectional and a wall-mounted smart TV. A retro Nintendo console with classic games and a stack of board games, including Connect 4 and checkers, cover rainy evenings.



🍳 Kitchen & Dining

The renovated kitchen has a stainless refrigerator, a gas range and oven, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and a kettle. Pots, pans, dishes, and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper are stocked. There's island seating for two and a dining table for the group, and the back door opens straight onto the deck.



🛏 Bedrooms (sleeps 8)

Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and has a queen bed.

Bedroom 2 is on the main floor and has twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has a queen bed.



🛁 Bathroom

One full bathroom on the main floor has a tub/shower combo and is stocked with towels and starter toiletries. With 8 guests and a single bath, plan morning showers in shifts.



🌳 Backyard & Playground

This is the reason to book. A wooden playset with two slides, swings, and a climbing wall sits on its own gravel pad. A gas fire table with cushioned lounge seating is set up on the lawn, and the deck has a gas grill and an umbrella dining set. The yard is open and not fully fenced, so keep an eye on little ones and dogs.



🎮 Entertainment

High-speed WiFi with ethernet, smart TVs, a retro Nintendo, and board games keep everyone busy between outings.



🐾 Additional Amenities

Up to 4 dogs are welcome for a fee (see House Rules). The washer and dryer are in the kitchen laundry closet. The home has central air plus window units, a baby bath, and extra pillows and blankets.



🎥 Safety

Exterior video doorbell camera at the entry. The front door has a smart lock for self check-in, and the home has smoke and CO detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

The gravel driveway beside the house fits 3 cars, and free street parking is available.

A quiet residential street in Port Clinton, a few blocks from downtown's Madison Street restaurants, the Jet Express dock, Waterworks Park, and the Lake Erie shoreline. Catawba Island, Marblehead, Lakeside, and the Lake Erie islands are a short drive or ferry ride away.



Getting Around:

A car is best for Cedar Point, the state parks, Catawba Island, and Marblehead. Downtown Port Clinton, the lakefront parks, and the Jet Express dock are a few minutes' drive.



Other Things to Note:

Heads-up: the home is near active train tracks, so you may hear occasional trains.



Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be accommodated for a small fee. Just message us before your stay and we'll do our best.

Before check-in: like most professionally managed homes, we ask every guest to complete a quick pre-arrival step through our booking system: a short rental agreement, ID verification, and a damage protection selection. It takes a few minutes and helps us keep the home safe and well cared for.



Damage protection (required, processed before arrival). Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (a pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable $40 damage waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

House rules at a glance. No parties or events (immediate removal, no refund). Max 8 guests; the person booking must be 21+ and stay on site. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM — excessive noise may incur a $500 fine. No smoking indoors ($500 fine); smoking permitted outside. No confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or small plastic, glass, or metal pieces.



Pets. Up to 4 dogs — $125 for up to 2, plus $200 for a 3rd or 4th — disclosed and approved in writing before arrival. No cats. Undisclosed pets: $150 fee and possible cancellation without refund.



Yard. The backyard is open and not fully fenced — please supervise children and dogs.



Trash. Place all trash in the outdoor cans — our vendor brings them to the curb, so there's no need to take them out yourself. Follow posted recycling rules if applicable.



Utilities. WiFi and power are normally reliable, but occasional outages happen and are outside our control. These rare interruptions don't qualify for refunds or cancellations.



Right of entry. We may need to enter for emergencies, urgent maintenance, or safety concerns. We'll give notice whenever possible, except in genuine emergencies.



Cancellations are refunded according to the cancellation policy, less non-refundable payment processing fees.
