Upon our arrival after a long drive, our 9-year-old son was denied use of the lobby restroom, as it was reserved for the conference. We were also unable to use the pool, as it too was reserved for the conference. Matters came to a head when we were denied breakfast, despite having paid for a stay ...

«Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well.
Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head ...
