The guest suite is private and is entirely yours to enjoy. There is plenty of shared parking out front, and the pool/patio area is available for all of our guests to enjoy.

Please Note:
A grace period of 15 minutes is applied to late check-outs. Late check-outs beyond the grace period may incur a $50 fee to compensate our cleaners.
Unauthorized guests or pets will incur a $100 fee.

Although Uber/Lyft are readily available, we suggest having /renting a vehicle for convenience.

There is a small fee of $10/night to have our pool company turn the pool heater on for your stay. This is only available for the entirety of your stay, and we will send the request once you have completed your booking. The pool heater is able to be set up to a maximum of 80 degrees.


Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $50/hour.
